Most days (except AK day's and maybe one night at MGM-keep in mind we do 3 days at each of the 4 major parks) we do lunch and dinner at TS meals.
For us, its nice to get out of the heat, not fight for a table, not have to get our own drinks, unlimited refills of soda/tea. Plus I find that some (not all) of the TS restuarants have inexpensive sandwiches where its only a few dollars more for a sit down meal.
Plus there are just TOO many places we like to eat not to eat at 2 TS meals. We do breakfast in the room (poptarts, granola bars, breakfast bars). We then do an early 11am-12pm lunch and a 6:30pm-7:30pm dinner. We also Works well for us. We don't do much snacking except splitting one or two smoothies in the morning when we get to the park (cappucino smoothie at MK-yummy) and school bread at Epcot.
