More than 1 contract

I added on this year for VAK. I wish the member website would show points for each contract separately and not just the contract number. I tried to make a 5 day ressie for a gv at OKW - our home resort. But I only have 200 points left to borrow, because 10 of them were somewhere else(?) I do have 45 points that I could bank, but I can't use them for the ressie. I booked 3 nights in the gv hoping that in October (7 month window), I can call and book for the other 2 nights. I can basically figure out what's happening since we are always borrowing, and I made a 1br ressie at VAK for this December after cancelling a 1BR ressie at OKW. But now I am so afraid of missing a banking deadline or some other strange thing. Like where did the 10 points go or come from?

I own VWL and AKL on the same screen on the MS web site. Where your contract number is... next to the number... is view contract details or something like that... click on that, your AKV points detail will show up.

Another thing, If you are missing any points from your 2006 uy in your original contract... recheck it and see if they have shown up. There was a computer glitch. If they have not shown up, call MS and have them go over your reservations and find the points. I had to do this and mine have been reposted.

The members' website will show you each subcontract separately, assuming I understand what it is that you want. On the home page, click on "My Vacation Points". That brings up the "Vacation Points" page, which shows a roll up of all your contracts (master plus add-ons) by Use Year. To get a display for each contract individually, click on one of the "View Vacation Points Contract Detail" links in the list of contract numbers. That brings up a detailed display for one particular contract. The data is broken out by Use Year. A typical display shows this information:

Annual Allotted Vacation Points Remaining.... 0
Vacation Points Banked In......................... 0
Vacation Points Banked Out..................... 60
Vacation Points Borrowed In...................... 0
Vacation Points Borrowed Out.................. 65

There are some bugs however. The display of "Points Banked In" is always zero. If you have banked points into that UY, the total points will be correct so the banked points are accounted for, but the number of points banked is not displayed. If you look at the previous UY, you will see the correct number of points "banked out".

ETA: It looks like "Points Borrowed In" is also not displaying correctly -- it always displays as zero. Again, the "Vacation Points Used" will be correct and will account for the borrowed points but you will have to look at the data for the next UY to see the number of "Points Borrowed Out".

Thanks for your help. I do see the separate contracts now. I still don't know where the 10 points went. Please send me some pixie dust for reserving the last 2 days in October. We had reserved a handicapped OKW Grand Villa in May, 2006. 3 days before our vacation, we were informed that the villa had been double booked and that we were being "upgraded" to SSR. We were very disappointed. I didn't think we'd ever make it back to Old Key West together but it looks like it is going to happen!

Try looking at your Points Activity statement. It shows every transaction: every time points are allocated for a reservation, banked or borrowed. I find them a little hard to follow but that's the place to go to solve mysteries like this.
