More ride closures for next year

Hi everyone,

Just been looking on one of the other DLP boards and found this.

It may be of particular interest to people who haven't booked trips yet, knowing all the planned closures up until September.

awww thanks for that 2 closures when we go, phantom manor and flying carpets! Edited to say that we will have one day of being able to use the flying caprets!!:L

The reason I booked to go on the 5th Jan was because it was still xmas season and I thought none of the major rides would be closed.
I've booked my travel now so theres no changing my dates.
To be honest, Im not very impressed with Disney for closing POTC during the xmas season celebrations.....

I suppose I can go look for myself. Personally I wont take it as gospel until I've been told by disney. Very suprising that a major ride is shut during xmas. But then it is after the big price drop...

They cant be closing dumbo from the 11th of april to the 22nd May??? not possible surely? And the studi tram tour closed from the 11th april to 22nd may? no way??

I've just emailed Disneyland Paris and asked them to confirm any ride closures that they have scheduled especially for Jan 2009. If I hear anything I'll post them here asap!

Everytime I look at that I panic is DLH is on ther for January, but then I see its 2008.

The lady on the phone already said the pool will be open during my stay. Phew!

Have you stayed at DLH before? I hope the hot tub and saunas are lovely, as I plan on using them to warm up after the parks!! :

Just remember rides need to be shut for maintenance, i would rather know that rides are being maintained properly then go on it and have a accident.

Torsie i think that area in the DLH is closed when you go i think....

Definitely! Although you always want the most stuff available for your trip.

But there's also a reason its the cheapest time of year in Jan so I was expecting closures.

Still always hope its not going to be your favourties though!
