+We are going to be in Disneyland July 5th-8th as a part of a larger trip to the west coast...we are flying into anaheim July 5th and flying out July 8th. We are traveling with DS Erik (6 at that time) , DS Luke (2 1/2 at the time) DH, myself and my MIL. We want to pick up our rental car at the airport (I booked through Disney) check into the hotel (Disneyland Hotel) and then DH and I want to go to a Dodger game that evening. Will there be enough for MIL to easily entertain 2 little boys with that evening without actually entering the park? The pool looks amazing and I know they will get a kick out of it, but what about dinner? Is there such a thing as a character dinner? I want to make things as easy on MIL as possible. ANY tips would be appreciated!!

Goofy's Kitchen is at the DLH and is a character meal.

The DTD Disney stores will also be fun, the Lego Place and World of Disney kept my son busy for hours. Plus Rainforest Cafe and ESPN Zone are right there too. Plus there are movie theaters, maybe a fun Disney movie will be out at that time!!!

The pool at DL Hotel is so much fun, plus they used to have some remote control boats.

I think that the kids and gramma will have a great time. Enjoy the game!!!

Hope this helps!

Sacha - We will be there during that time too. Goofy's kitchen is fun! Follow Hydro's guide and your trip should be great.
