For a trip or annually?

For a trip, if you haven't done a transfer this year, transfer in 67 points. Go to rent/trade board and find an owner willing to transfer.

Or go to the Timeshare Store as they frequently have points avail for transfer.

If you're talking about buying that many points, small contracts are gobbled up on the resale market; I'd look at direct or put your dibs in with a resale broker in advance.
