8 days in to my 10-day online check-in window, with many daily failed attempts to do online check-in--here's last night's update.
I called the number they list (for the second time) and this time the tech walked me through the process...he confirmed that going in to take out the last four digits of your zip code is a good idea...that helps some online check-in processes go through.
Anyway...he repeated several times that some are going through, but many aren't. Mine didn't (again), even with the tech walking me through it.
Then, this morning, I got an email from Disney encouraging me to use online check-in...I clicked through, and noticed the email used a different confirmation number than the one I have through MS. So I tried it. It didn't work either.
Finally, the Disney tech told me that it would be helpful to them if we told Disney about the problems...he says they're well aware of it, but that member/customer "complaints" might help...he said just to say something at the front desk when I check in when I get there...
So...the ongoing saga of glitchy online check-in continues...and that's "the news from the front" as of last night...
Can't wait to get there Sunday...don't even care all that much about having to check in on site!
