This is certainly a positive article about the whole experience.
However as one who has experienced the magic band and fastpass + on 2 separate trips, I wonder where the research was done to reflect the comments in this article.
Disney exec states, " guest experience was always our first priority".
What??? Who are they talking to? Speed up park entry???? Keeping guests from venturing out away from the parks??? Doesn't mention longer lines in the parks and unhappy customers. this is driving guests out earlier to avoid longer waits in line. Sadly shaking my head.
