More Lyft/Uber questions!

Hi! We are traveling to WDW next week and trying to decide on transportation to and from the airport. It is a short trip, so we are prioritizing time/speed/flexibility.

Any thoughts on Uber/Lyft availability from MCO on weekday mornings (around 9)? Following disboards advice, I've been checking ride share apps from home with good results, but I've also heard that lately the ride share apps are kind of funky in that it looks like there are cars available... but when you actually try to book, nothing is available. If anyone has any experience lately, I would like to hear it!

Second questions are about pickup.
Our plan is to go straight from a park to MCO on the way back. Our final day, we have park reservations for MK, but we aren't 100% sure where we will be that afternoon when it's time to head back to the airport -- this is why Lyft/Uber is so appealing, since we want maximum flexibility.
Where do we get picked up by ride share apps from MK?
Alternatively, does anyone have recommendations for car services that can take a reservation but have some flexibility about where in WDW we will be for the pickup?

Any day of the week any time after about 7 AM there should be plenty of Ubers available.

At TTC. Or you could walk/monorail/boat to one of the resorts and call from there.

Thank you! I didn't realize we could call a Lyft from one of the resorts. Can we walk to Contemporary and call a Lyft from there?
