It's been so long since I did Disney, I just want to make sure my little one's (19 months) first experience isn't horrible. Sorry for the ignorance on this subject.

For the value resorts, how long (on average) is the wait for bus service? I'd like to save money by staying at a value resort, but if the transportation is much worse than the moderates, I'd just as soon stay there. We will have a car, so does anyone have strategies for driving to a more central location, ditching the car and hopping on the monorail?

Thanks in advance! Any input is most welcome and appreciated!

I usually stay in the mods, but I've stayed at All Star Sports a couple of times and will be at Pop on my next trip.

The one thing I think is better at the values is the bus service. The values always operate at a high capacity and as a result seem to have more buses operating at any given time. The buses will be crowded, but they come every 10 or 15 minutes.

Something tells me that your 19 month old won't care where you stay. :)

No, I don't think she will care where we stay, but after reading some of the posts that complain about screaming kids, I don't want to be the one holding the screaming kid at the bus stop for a long time, if you know what I mean.

So even if we have a car, the bus service is preferred? Great, thanks for the input!
