HI, I have just spoken to my local VH travel shop, and they have told me that they doubt AoA will be in it. A couple of the offers are : buy two adult ultimate 14 day tickets and get a child one free. ( that suits us perfectly!):goodvibes And book by 31st May and get free V room. They are still expecting it out on 17th Feb :yay:

can't wait, just wish we knew if there was going to be free DDP offered. Want to book asap.

I have always tried to price up diy but can never get a lower price, think it might be because with virgin I can get teen prices. For our holiday last Oct, we got the kids for £149 each with virgin.

Yes I wondered about free DDP but she didn't mention that. I guess the free child pass may be instead of DDP?? I was surprised she told me anything - she said they had an e mail detailing the offers and release date and i just said ooo are u allowed to tell me what the offers are? My motto is if you don't ask - you don't get!

LOL, I haven't got a clue also to all these abbreviations. :p

Scottish Mum - You mention about £149 for kids, sorry are we talking theme park tickets?

I think she meant £149 for the flights for her teens compared to the higher prices quoted for teens on booking direct with VA.
Iv tried every year to get a cheaper quote staying on site through disney with VH with 14 day tickets, seaworld, universal etc and they are always way over compared to DIY.Even going this November they are £1500 more.Perhaps Im doing something wrong.Even with FF programme.

No price was for the kids for the holiday, flight and room. Tickets were on top

i wonder if the ticket offer would be on 21 day ones too.....can you just buy tickets if you dont have a reservation or only as part of a package?

Please share :flower3:

How do you get the £149.99 per child price:confused3

I too have always priced up VH against DIY and have never found VH any cheaper. Am I missing out on some early offers/discounts :confused3

We visit WDW every single year each October however we are looking to book for late August 2012 due to eldest DS starting senior school that year and would be delighted to get a child price all in at £149.00

I booked june 2009 for travel in Oct 2010, I was amazed at the price and couldn't beat it doing diy. All 3 kids were £149. Not sure if it was because I booked early or a glitch but I snapped it up quick. Also got free DDP. The only slight difference that might have helped is that we went early Oct as we have different holidays up here, so we were back home before english half term started.

Hi

Sorry to jump on this thread, but we are waiting to book for Aug 2012. I am right in thinking that travel agents have access to the preview brochure, read about it somewhere else and it sounded like it was just previewing online??

Sorry if i am being dim but we have always booked flydrive packages with other companies before never Virgin. We really would like to use Virgin this time to fly into MCO but they have always seemed so expensive so am hoping to jump in at the right time this yr to get the best deal.

Any info would be much appreciated.

thanks

That's great Scottish Mum, well looks like you may have just been very very lucky (unlike us Scots usually). The way I read it thought it was the norm for you.

As for finding out what AoA is, wow, never knew anything about this. Looks absolutely fab and Finding Nemo, yeehaa!!! (I know that sounds more woody of Toy Story, :p).

We hope to get over there in a couple of years and that could be the perfect destination.

The VH shop i spoke to yesterday said they would have actual brochures next thurs. I did try and get an idea of price and price band dates but they said they didn't have that info yet so would just have to wait until next thurs!:headache:

Could well be wrong, but being a value resort it'll be that touch dearer than the current ones I personally think. Guess if you have rough prices for the others, then add a few pounds on them.
