If I am already aplnning on checking in on Wednesday the 23rd and staying through the 30th, can I use free dining? Or is it only if I check in starting te 27th of November?

I was wondering why people were saying you have to buy 2 day tickets......on the website you only have to purchase 1 day tickets to get dining, but it would make since that Disney would change it.

Your reservation has to start on a day eligible for free dining in order to get it. So, if you start during a black out date, then no.

You have to buy one day tickets to purchase the dining plan at the normal rate. Getting the dining plan for FREE has required two day tickets for the last few offers.

Yep! I'm learning to do all kinds of interesting things with those tickets now. I have an annual pass - so don't need the ticket that comes with the package. But as long as I don't use it at all, my DH can use it - at any time. This allows us to sneak down for an mini trip at some point. My DH is starting to see through my evil plans now, but I've been reeling him in for so long, that he's finally hooked and doesn't mind anymore .
