More FEA Fastpasses Next Week!

Hi everyone! More fastpasses have been released for FEA next week - I got great noon-ish times on May 15 and 19th (only very late times were available at 30 days). Go get 'em!

You're so welcome! I have been checking a couple times a day with no luck (and a three year old who would be a bit disappointed if we didn't ride and might get run over in the rope drop stampede! ). I was randomly moving around FP's tonight and BAM! Lots of times available

This is true through at least June 11th. My fastpass was needed in the evening anyway during our June trip, but I was able to push it 45 minutes earlier - getting us from Future World into the World Showcase earlier in the evening which works better for our Epcot nighttime EMH plan.

There were actually more open time windows showing than when I booked 61 days out.

Lots of open slots throughout the day have opened up. But, that being said, they are disappearing fairly quickly.

@wmjeffer ~ Thanks for reporting! I also was able to book for next week...the 15th is my last full day in FL and I've yet to ride FEA!

Is it better to switch our fast passes to this or keep the Soarin' ones we have? I haven't been since FEA opened. I just remember the last wait for Soarin' being excruciatingly long. We'll be there Monday the 22nd.

You should be able to get a 4th fast pass for Soarin if you other 3 are early enough. If not do Soarin at park closing. I would go on FEA.

If you want to do FEA then switch it. You could try to get Soarin as a 4th FP. If you don't see it as a 4th FP, the waits are a lot better now with the extra theater.

When I tried to get FP at 30 days, there were only late evening times available. I've been checking every day since then with no times opening up. And then last night, times were available all day long through June (according to people here who have been able to book- I only tried for next week). It's definitely not just people switching times! This also happened in April - lots of FP for FEA opened up all of a sudden through May 13th-ish - I remember because it was right before my trip! I don't have an explanation though - maybe someone with more knowledge of FP's can chime in!

It's based on the abundance of consecutive timeslots. Last Tuesday, I checked for FPs during lunch and found consecutive timeslots open for FEA and booked. The ride was down when we arrived so I thought maybe there had been intermittent shutdowns so guests were canceling. Our FPs changed to Anytime FPs about a minute before we reached Norway.

Perhaps they've changed the FP:Standby ratio. On busy days it is supposed to be 50 FP guests to 10 Standby. They may have been keeping FP availability at a lower ratio and now bumping it up to the greater ratio.

Positively released more. No idea why. It is not normally something that happens. But I too have a trip beginning 5/25 and I was able to move our FEA FP around to a better spot real early yesterday morning. I'm ashamed I didn't even think to post it here. I'm glad someone else did though.
But this was way more released that just a few people dropping their FP. This went from none to slots for the entire day.

I think PP is on to something, they altered the ratio for next week for a reason no one but the number crunchers know

Wow, thanks! Definitely released more as I'd booked FEA at 60 days out and have been trying to add my son for a couple weeks now since he found out he could join us. No problem at all getting it now and I've checked within the last couple days with no luck.
