More dark thrill rides like Space Mountain

I love FoP and Soarin', but I will take another physical roller coaster or dark ride over another VR ride any time. UH kinda drives me crazy in that respect.

Also, on the West coast (albeit delayed), the Spider-man dark ride shows a lot of promise. It will probably be largely screen based, but may still be a dark ride and not just a simulator... It's hard to tell from the concept art. The actual ride could be completely a simulator, but there could be actual motion of the vehicle through environments with both physical sets and screens.

Not "thrill" rides in the roller coaster sense, but we also have Ratatouille dark ride opening "soon" and Rise of the Resistance is arguably one of the greatest dark rides ever made!

So, I think Disney has invested quite a lot in dark rides, thrill rides, and dark thrill rides recently.

I just came across some more information on the Spider-Man Web Slingers ride:

Guests will don 3D glasses as they team up with Spidey to help capture Spider-Bots who threaten to take over Avengers Campus. In addition to the 3D effects and virtual environments, the attraction will feature physical sets. The family-friendly attraction will detect body movements and gestures, letting guests reach out their hands and sling webs like Spider-Man.

The interactive technology sounds a little bit like TSMM!

And here's a newly released video of the ride vehicles...
