More Crowded Week Before or After Easter?

I noticed MK isn't closing until midnight the entire week before Easter but closing at 11Pm starting Easter Sunday and the full week after. Does this imply the busier week is the week leading up to Easter rather than the week after Easter?

I'm arriving the day before Easter and will be there through Friday the week after Easter. Sure would be nice if it's the less busy week.

I hate to sound like a pessimist (and I will be there the week before Easter too)... but I think both weeks will be atrocious...Week after MAY be slightly less crowded... but boy is that a relative term... at some point you have to say does it even matter??? I mean does it make a difference if the Test Track line is 3 hours or 3 1/2 hours??? Either way I'm not in it!!!

I have to agree, I think both weeks will be pretty crowded. When I booked this trip I knew the parks would be packed. I just plan to take advantage of EE and FP and go with the flow.

I'm glad to see they extended the park hours and added a second Spectromagic during the first week.

Both are equally bad. Aside from Xmas week, these 2 weeks are the busiest all year.

They are both very crowded, but I checked with hotel reservations online and it looks like everything is booked the week before Easter, not yet for the week after. I guess thats way they changed the hours at MK to stay open unitl midnight.

Hours for that second week may change as it gets closer. Extreme crowds both weeks, and closing at 11 second week instead of 12 simply means there will be one less hour for those extreme crowds to hit MK, thus making it overall more crowded rest of day.

Where do I find the hours for April? Does anyone know when the parks close on April 17?....Thanks
