Rum, mint, rum, lime and/or lime juice, a little sugar, rum, and soda water.
Bruise mint (I like mint, so I use about 8 or 9 leaves a glass) and the juice of a half lime in a shaker with a muddle (wooden or plastic stick-like thingy). Pour in a jigger of Bacardi light rum (dark stuff looks/tastes yucky in a moegeetoe) and sugar to taste (I use about a teaspoonful). Add a handful or two of ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with a couple fresh mint leaves. Enjoy.
