Becky, that's nice you and Ryan had a night out by yourself.
And the fact that restaurant was good was an added plus.

I was getting some stuff together before I signed on.

We tried out a new restaurant- Sakura Garden, which is a Japanese restaurant. Everything we got was soooo good. We're going to go back and try to drag some friends along and do the hibachi side next time.

Funny though, we get out without the kids and our bill is twice what it would be when we go out with them


we didn't wind up going to the movies, Ryan was exhausted from working all day and I was really sore from my fall on the ice that afternoon.

We were thinking of the Clint Eastwood movie but we're going to wait and try to go another time. I think we're going to take the kids to that Bedtime Stories movie this week though- that looks cute

I'm glad you guys had a nice evening out ! I would guess your bill was higher because you're both lushes

I saw Bedtime Stories too and was disappointed, i'm sure little kids would like it though

I hope everyone has a good day. It's Ruben's b-day today. It's a school night for the kids and he works today and tomorrow, so I don't anticipate we'll do much other then maybe get some take out, eat some cake and ice cream and open presents.

That very well could be. I had this HUUUUGE drink, Hawaiian something or other, it was good. No way I could even fit that glass in my mom bag

That is a bummer on the movie, I'm sure the kids will like it, half the fun for them is just going to the theater
