More BB questions.....

All those BB experts, please help!!

I just printed a map of BB off of the UK site. So now I have a few questions. Hoping someone can answer.

1. Where is there shade at BB? Do we sit near the wave pool or somewhere else.

2. Is there a place to sit, i.e. park all your belongings, at the Ski Patrol Training Camp?

3. What is the area called "Winter Summerland"?

4. There is a section on the map marked "Rock Climbing Wall". Is is a real rock climbing wall?

I am not a BB expert by any means but can try and answer a couple of your questions.

1. Yes, there are scattered areas around the park with shade (seems to be a bit more than at TL). If you arrive early you can find a nice spot under a shelter, many including lounge chairs and a picnic table. This worked out great on a hot day as plenty of room for our daughters to get a break from the sun.

2. Yes, there are lounge chairs and spots in this area.

Sorry, I am not certain about #3 and 4 questions and don't want to provide incorrect information. Enjoy your trip planning!!

What is the area called "Winter Summerland"?

That is an area next to BB that has two 18 hole miniature golf courses. One with a winter theme and one with a summer theme.

I will only add this. If it is REALLY important to you to have a seat, chaise lounge, then you must get there at opening. Either that or wait for the crowds to empty late afternoon. But I really mean this, we have arrived at noon and there is literally not an empty chair in sight. It doesn't bother us because we just put our stuff somewhere, apply the sunscreen and run for the fun. Oh, don't miss the Teamboat Springs family raft ride!!! What an absolute blast and so many laughs. You will love this park.
