More A&E FP+ questions

I see all these posts about people finding A&E fast passes, what am I doing wrong?

I started on my 60 day mark at midnight, none avail for any day of our trip.

I have since went on line multiple times a day to try and switch out an experience, no luck.

I then separated our group of 4 into 2 groups of 2, still no luck.

And lastly I have deleted all of our fast passes for one day so that it would search any time slot available for the entire day, I only did the search for one person, hoping I could add person one on or get at least one overlapping time for my daughter, still no fast pass.

I am looking for a day at the end of September, do you know of any reason there would be an extra shortage at this time?

Any further suggestions on trying to get in to see Anna and Elsa?

I was lucky for my daughter and I.

At first, I did one for my daughter and got 5:40 FP. Then when I tried to copy the fp to me, dh and dd, would not let me. Tried it with just me, got 7pm FP. I did this early morning. FP date is Oct. 4.

Like you I am still trying to get earlier time slot so we can use our FP privilege at least more than 3 attractions but have not been lucky. I can suggest to keep trying.

Keep trying. People will cancel sometimes. I managed ones for an upcoming trip (it's soon) at the 45 day mark. I did mine one at a time and kept shooting for overlapping times. I also have parkhoppers and no ressies, so I'm flexible on the actual day and time. Trying in the early morning and late at night, I managed to get overlapping times at around 40 days out by continually tweaking my FPs. I was surprised when I refreshed and found the PERFECT time for an overlap, and you can bet I've never clicked anything faster in my life. I then cancelled my other placeholder FPs, thus releasing more times into the world... and the circle of life continues...

Also, see if you can reduce the number of people who NEED to go see A&E. That way you can prioritize them. Kids can go in alone as young as 7, but remember that if you want them to be with an adult then you BOTH need a FP.

I look all the time. I see A&E FPs come up sometimes a few days after the day's date (for instance, today is the 14th, I'll see one for the 16th) People book multiples until they finalize their plans and then they drop fps so they can book other parks. Do not give up hope. Even check daily while on vacation. One may pop up/

Keep looking! I just managed to switch my daughter's and I from 5:40-6:40 and 7-8 to 12:50-1:40 and 1:50-2:50. Done this online and able to grab some for my ds and dh. I know my ds love them too and figured in case he decided that it is "cool" to see Anna and Elsa. But theirs are at 5:20 & 6pm

I'm not going to tell my daughter they are there just in case I am unable to get FP. My FP+ window hasn't opened up yet. I sure hope I am able to get at least 2 for us.

That was my initial plan: grab fp+ first for my daughter then mine. Eventually I was able to grab for my son and husband but at 5pm slots.

Yesterday when I checked if I can change the time, was able to switch my son's to 1pm so I am happy with being able to bring my daughter and son together with me. Still trying for dh's fastpass but worst scenario, it will just me with the kids.

Hoping you will be able to grab some. Try individual first then once you have them, try changing times.

Just keep trying.

Finally after 2 weeks of hoping, i just booked fp+ for the 4 of us with slots overlapping so we can all go together: 12:50, 1, 1:10 and 1:40.

I did however book them one by one. Separate fp for each member and just keep trying one by one for alternative times.
