Nab - I've always liked M&Ms(peanut butter and peanut) but I hardly ever eat them. Chad brought home a big bag. Thankfully I made myself sick off of them the first time, now they can sit on the counter without me touching them.
And you wouldn't believe it. But I missed Survivor again on Thursday! I came home sat down to watch it and it didn't record. I looked at the history because I KNEW I had checked TWICE to make sure it would record. It said, "Canceled". Who the heck canceled it? No one was home...
I did get to see the finale show! I'm excited about where it's headed next!
Welcome home Uma! We were beginning to wonder if you were ever coming back! You missed me sinking into deep morning/afternoon/evening/middle of the night sickness. I was fine one day and bam. I feel sick all the time. My wisdom teeth are acting up, probably from having to chew gum all the time! The only time I don't feel sick is when I'm eating.
You also missed the good news that I finally heard from Florida Healthy Kids and the boys are covered (at least 2 so far) and it's only going to cost $15 for all of them per month!!!!
Twinkie - I can handle any injuries except teeth. Anything else can be fixed. Teeth are tricky and expensive! Don't worry about scars. They add character. My 7 year old nephew has a scar on the side of his nose from surgery and it's the cutest darn thing about him!
Hi Celery! I did see you wave. I think...
Little Blue - Sorry about your midnight adventure to LND. What a bummer to be sent home! That's why I don't go to the hospital
until I can feel myself wanting to push.
Kay - No beach. We went to church, then we went out to The Olive Garden (I wanted salad and breadsticks, which is all I ate), then we came home and watched Catch and Release. I didn't have to wipe any poopy bottoms all day!
BB was fun. But an adventure! As we left out house we noticed that the charging systems light was on. Hmm, we thought. Sure it's nothing wrong...those stupid lights go off for no reason.. We left my Mom's about 7am. 30 minutes behind schedule. We hit Lake Placid about 8:10(ish), we were jamming to some Cranberry's Zombie when suddenly the radio and radio lost power. Uh oh. Thankfully there was a Discount Auto place that checks for batteries and alternators and such. It was the alternator. Bad. THANKFULLY, the man knew an auto repair man who was just around the corner (since we'd lose power if we had to let off the gas) and he agreed to fit us in right now and push other people back! $300 dollars (of my vacation money) later we were back on the road by 9:30. So we were pretty late for BB. Thankfully it wasn't busy and never had more than a 15 minute wait all day. I didn't do any of the slides with the height restrictions just kept it safe to the others. We had a blast! But by 4pm, I was beat and there was no way I was climbing one more stair. I lower back was killing me and I knew I just needed to rest. So the others went and did some more while Chad and I took 2 trips around the lazy river, which was heavenly! The highlight of the day is a toss up. Then man sitting 2 tables over at lunch who had a plumber crack or the man in the speedo twirling his chest hairs in his finger. What do you think? lol!
Today I'm heading over to my Mom's again. My cousin is here until Sunday. So I'm planning on being over there a lot. Too bad it's been so darn smokey that we haven't seen the sun in days.
Hi to everyone else!!
