Long Lost Moover checkin' in!
My name is Allie, in case you have forgotten......
School starts back tomorrow morning bright and early!
DD said to get her up at 6:00 so that she can be ready for her 6:45 bus.
I've enjoyed sleeping in this summer. Oh and DS will be riding the bus again this year, even though he has a license, he doesn't have a car, and won't until he gets a job to help pay for it. So, I will have to come back in the house tomorrow to make sure he gets out there 'cause I sure don't want to have to drive to the high school on the first day of school.
Peej - When do you start back??? I don't start until after Labor day. That's why we are a MMO (Mother's Morning Out) instead of a real day care.
MommyP - Glad you got a date night before the baby comes!
Sorry the movie wasn't worth the sitting. I sat through Titanic while pregnant with DD. Even being a good movie, it was hard to sit for that long.
CEL and CelMama - We were in yur nek of the woods las' week. Went to Opryland for a couple of nights for a last minute getaway. DSIL works there and we got a lovely rate, and they were only at 17% occupancy, so it was like we had the place to ourselves.
Went shopping at Opry Mills, ate at Spaghetti Factory, did the Science Museum, and fun was had by all.
Marita - Looks like a nice place for your mama. Funny how I was trying to read the website.......considering I know NO German.
BBN - How are you surviving having a teenage driver in the house? It still gives me the "willies" in my tummy every time he goes anywhere. Oh, and I jump any time the phone rings while he is out. I'm always afraid he is calling to say "there has been an accident".
I hope I get better with this.
