I almost made a mean comment about my chicklet status and your senior citizen card. I shall refrain. This chicklet can bring it though!!!

Nice showing there, PJ! There is hope for you.

I will let you in on all my learnings from the senior center, cause I'm cool like that. YW!

Perhaps just a slight glimmer here or there.

I'm already wise beyond my years. I probably already know everything you could teach me. :snooty:

hey I got a pin code in our email......but heck ...its not for our dates..

YES WE ARE VERY HAPPY that the deeds were all messed up....cause we would of spent most of the money in repairs and fixing it up to live there.........big relief....

We do need to make sure we get something before this spring because prices are going up way up in Gods Country...

From the mouths of babes............

See, Marita, where would you be without me? Laugh-less, that's where.

RE: my age. On my birthday I was feeling really old. So, I decided to go back a year instead of forward. Next year I'll be 22. Right now I'm 21. Can y'all follow that? Then, when we were checking in for our flight home, the woman checked mom's ID and then dad's. Then she said "enjoy your flight." I said "don't you need to see my ID?" She said "no, you're not over 18." :rotfl2: So then I decided I can be 23 again since I'm not yet 18. Got it? I asked her how old she thought I was and she said 16 maybe 17. :scratchin

PJ. Out.

Greetings, Moooovers!

Thanks, Nab, for directing me over here. Even though I've not been on the DIS for (yikes) a couple of years, it's nice to see some familiar names and avatars still here.

I'm in planning mode for our Disney Do-over Trip (I shattered my wrist about ten minutes before leaving for WDW last time and subsequently spent a lot of the trip in the room, icing my wrist or napping on pain meds). It's taken two years to get everyone on board, and will be another year in the planning, but it'll be worth it. :cheer2:

:tinker: Anyhoo, just stopping my to say "Hi, y'all!"

...for me its nuns..its a Catholic school thing.

Our own Lynette/lynt/lint/lalijack/snarkgirl/caffienated-one is also a Catholic school veteren, um, I mean graduate. She thanks the nuns for her keen fashion sense. Right BigL?

Hi Bethipooh! In case I didn't already extend a warm welcome to you, consider yourself welcomed! I still flinch when I see the combo of plaid and pleats, so I feel your pain on the 12 years of Catholic school, as Twink noted. Mine was an all girls high school, so that kinda upped the ante on the ...uh, experience. :scared:

Good Friday evening to the rest of you Moovers! What's everyone up to for the weekend? popcorn::

Welcome, SNAP! Yikes, the broken bones sounds awful. Any friend of Nabs is a friend of the Moovers. :welcome:

I'll try to check out your report tonight.

I just had a conversation with a friend of mine who is a software writer. (that doesnt sound right). ANyway, he doesnt know all that much about hardware. But he did say he thought that a MAC and Vista on a home network might conflict. Seeing that I cant get my lone Vista working right now even, that does not bode well.

So, Lynt, my plan for the weekend is to get my life, I mean my computer, straightened out.

Wish me luck!

Please don't cyber slap me, Marita, but some places give senior discounts starting at 55 :rolleyes1 Just sayin' . . .

My DD LOVES her Mac. Maybe you need to be yong for it to be intuitive :confused3

Peej - You are NOT allowed to say you feel old, missy!!!!!!!!!!

Hi and Welcome, SNaP. I remember you and your untimely accident! Yay for having a trip in the planning stages again :dance3: Better luck this time.

Pumba - TG for things working out on the hunting camp.

Cel - You should go again in September! I want to know the answer to the question Marita asked about Bonnet Creek. Do you have to wait for another allotment of points?

Mony - You know we'll expect to see pics of the field stone smashing party :)

Certain Moovers must be all tired out from yesterday's frenze . . .

Me Me Me PLease

Cel, if Celmama comes, it must be tea at the GF.

Dang, I had this whole post and got disconnected. If I dont get my connection fixed soon, I might have to do something not so nice.

I had something else to say, but since I was so rudely disconnected, I forgot what it was. Aren't you glad?

DD bought my Twilight ticket as a senior. While I a was a bit shocked, I could see the point.

But being stopped s cold in the parking lot by a stranger????????????

Maybe I need to color my hair this weekend. Honestly, it shocked me.

The dog is pacing back and forth. Anyone want a 15 year old huge mutt?

I am going to make a chicago roll toasted in the oven with priscuitto and butter cheese.

Cause I need the fortification for tomorrow to straighten out my computer troubles. HA!

Although im not sure it will help.

At least I still have dial up.

I think the dog is searching for the kids, he keeps looking out the window and pacing..,

I'll try to check out your report tonight.

Be forewarned...I suffer from Mel Happyhaunt syndrome, and my report is unfinished. It does, however have pictures :cool1: , and I figure a shattered wrist, surgery, and an external stabilizer bar for two months gives me a special dispensation to not finish. Or not. ;)

Snap so glad to see you here!!! :yay: You better finish your trip report...and not disappear again.

Marita-- Snap was on the Mel's very first thread. She was the one that made me feel welcome when the others didn't, when I first started to post. Good thing too or I would not have found all you.

To funny about the senior stuff. I was looking at some of my old photo albums and I told hubby my best year was 1988. I was skinny and not so old looking. The kids didn't believe it was me.:lmao: Now the clothes I wore that is a whole different story. I was also looking at mom's picture trying to figure out how old she was in them.

Pumba--:woohoo: great news on not getting it.

Moo-- it is freezing here...-13C no snow though.

:welcome: Bethipooh !

I was up bright and early this morning. My cat nearly gave me a heart attack and then I couldn't fall back asleep. Psycho Cat loves catnip. Goes crazy over it. Apparently he keeps it under my bed. This I did not know. Around 4:30 this morning he started running around under there playing with it. I swear I've never jumped out of my bed so fast in my life. Woah I was freaking out. I had no idea what/who was under my bed. Then I wanted to throw the cat out the window.

You know, my friend, Eren watched him over break and fell in love with him. She has a whole Facebook album devoted to him. @@ When I picked him up from her apartment Monday, she cried. She begged me to let her keep him. Maybe that's not such a bad idea afterall. :scratchin

It is COLD and rainy here. Maybe I should go put on my sun visor (brilliant idea, Rob, and oh so stylish) and my snuggie and call it a day. Cept I don't actually have a snuggie. Does anyone else find the snuggie ha freakin larious? Those snuggie infomercials crack me up!!! :lmao: :lmao:
