Dear Co-Dependent Wimp,

I for one am shocked and apalled that you are not willing to do your job for free!!!! Don't you understand that MamaPoohGirl needs to nap? and tan? and owes on her car and cell phone and furniture and house? And Kohl's has some cute shoes on sale now? Shi-meen-EEEE.

Further, you rudely interrupted her as she was explaining how her life and her commitments and her choices are much more important than yours.

I feel so sorry for her! I have never been able to find a professional day care provider who doesn't require payment each week in advance let alone one who lets you pay if and when you feel like it. And now you are threatening to ruin your beautiful relationship? right now when your house if for "sell" (free goat with bona fide offer!).

your EX friend,

Twinks

lil g - I want Jordan's hair!! She's so pretty!
Thanks for sharing the pics.

Windy - ditto what twinkie said.
Now come make my brother pay me the back rent he owes me.

Hi all! I'm back at home!
Birmingham didn't have tons for me to do so I am going to my church's first small group meeting tonight! woo!
we have 20 starting all around Nashville this week!
we're doing the purpose driven life group study.

I'm anxiously awaiting the hip hop report.

Ha.
I'm at my mom's house. How funny would it be if I stayed logged in as me on her computer?
:rotfl:

Hi Cel - Hope you had a goog drive up 65! See I made a rhyme.... :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm so easily amused. :upsidedow

Well, we went to PetSmart last night and got another fish to add to our crew.

Here's what he looks like:

DwarfGourami(PowderBlue)WFA_Ap8AF.jpg

Actually, we don't know if he's a he or not, but he is in our mind. His name is Moonbeam. He is a really shiny blue when he is swimming towards you.

Oh, and I had to go to Best Buy and exchange my new SHINE phone. It kept randomly turning off. While I was there, I found a Wii FIT!!! :yay: :cheer2: It is so much FUN!!!! I worked out/played on it for 45 minutes last night. I am able to do that kind of workout with my cutmycirculationoff compression hose. :thumbsup2 Come Friday, I'll have a matching pair of those hose. :scared:

Wendy - Still working here. I'll let you know how many extra points we score thanks to our inside UTAH contact. ;)

Prayers said for Monica and Tim.

Evening, Moovers!

Wendee, shouldnt a nice Mormon mother be delighted to take care of pooping neighbor kids for free? I mean, Really!!!!!!!!

Nice pics, Lil G!

My news of the day is that DS got his leave approved for Christmas, December 24-January 5! :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: He is going to fly in, so I hope he makes it for our annual big family bash on the 24th. Although truth be told, it wouldn't kill me if we skipped it, it kills my nerves! All the cooking and cleaning and shopping! :scared:

Found out today that IF he doesn't pass flight training, he can't be a navigator :confused3 No retaking classes, either. He will have to wait untill they find him another job.
But seeing that that was the whole reason he joined the Airforce, I think he will make it, he is very motivated for that and already started studying. Keep you all your appendages crossed, please!
It continues to amaze me how they go through so much screening up front to even get accepted, and they they keep having more and more tests that can derail them. This is not good for my nerves!!!

Ike sort of struck us today a bit. I was at a class today at the Contemporary, and just as the class let out, the wind really started blowing hard. It blew down a bunch of BIG potted plants they had outside. Chairs were blowing away outside too. But luckily it didnt last long. I spent maybe 30 minutes wandering around an expo they had, and ran into a former coworker. I almost didnt recognize her!! She lost tons of weight! I said something brilliant like "is this you?" and looked at her name tag. :rolleyes1

I fnally braved light rain to make it to the bus to take us to MK parking lot, and then sweated finding my parking space. They made like 5 stops, and I wasnt sure. But I found it ok, whew! I had visions of hitchhiking to have someone drive me around to find my car,

Steph - Sorry to hear about your MIL's diagnosis. How long did it take? Seems like it has been weeks since you mentioned something about her.

It took forever and lots of phone calls to get into the specialist. We had the MRI report after just a few days, and we knew that it wasn't going to be good news.

Today she was very agitated and was a bit mean to DH. She convinced herself that she had a doctor's appointment and that he was there a bit earlier and told her so. Neither is true, of course.

Anyhow, we haven't come to any decisions as yet.

Moo...I noticed you said you'd make a donation to my cause. The question is, what size donation were you interested in? Shall I send you my new address? And yay for DD being home!!! :yay: Hope you have a nice visit! :goodvibes

Utah...start charging for hugs and send the proceeds my way. There's something trollopish about that btw...

Lexi...I liked that you assumed I have a Disney Visa. I mean what kind of a Peej wouldn't have a Disney Visa?! Mine's the one with the classic Mickey on it. Duh.

Nab...My mom has corelle plates. And I dropped a few on the tile floor growing up. Come to think of it, there may have even been ketchup involved one of those times..... :scratchin At any rate, it never ended well!

bbn...that seems awfully rude for someone to come to your house saying they're there to watch football and then going on the computer instead!! THE NERVE!!! Let me guess, did they also insist on painting your nails hotT pink and braiding your hair?! People these days. It would be my guess that all of this would be forgiven if said person brought brownies though, right? Just a guess.

Cel...I'll make sure to show up at Crazynurse Ranch more often and let them know I was sent by Cel for computer usurping purposes. Any resulting anger will come back to you. K?

L...I always have to giggle about your school rants. Being on the other side of it just somehow makes it seem funny. Could you just cooperate with the teacher already? :rotfl:
p.s. when does my telethon begin?

Sandy...3rd graders with no attention span making you want to yell shut up?? Are you sure you weren't in Louisville?? ;)

Not that I'm excited or anything!![/QUOTE]

Monica...prayers said. Hope the procedure went well.

Twink...cute kid story? Hmmm....I got none, they were more obnoxious rather than cute today. KIDDING!!!! Here's one I liked from today. When we come in from recess and they're all wound up I make them sit in circle and I put on classical music and they have to take 5 minutes to relax and get their minds ready to work again. I just started it this week and it's actually helped our afternoons immensely!!! I'm getting off track. So today this one little guy is just sitting there humming, swaying, singing, you name it! All with his eyes closed. I asked him what he was doing and he just looked at me matter of factly and said "praising the good Lord!" :rotfl: From the way he said it I could so totally tell he thought I was an idiot for even asking. I mean, what else would he be doing except for praising the good Lord?! :rotfl:

Marita...continued goog luck to DS and all that he is going through!

I had to go to a stupid social studies training from 4:30-7:30 tonight. What a drag. I mean, who needs to know social studies anyway? :rolleyes1

Hi Wendy, Im doing fine going to be heading to Bowling Green this afternoon after my Massage Therapy and move out of the antiques mall that closed down when Mr Murray passed away. Ive been in that mall since 1995

Sorry...
:sad1:

Hi Cel

Nice blue gourami!

Steph, I think I missed your post last night.

So sorry about your MIL!

Hi, PJ!

Thanks Mom ...your the best...I hope your family sickness gets better soon. I didnt make to BG today as planned I will go tomorrow and stay till Im done moving out of the Antique Mall...Donald has some tickets for WKU VolleyBall and we are going Friday. I always stay with my dad while in Bowling Green and spend time with him and my red cat I talked him into keeping for me...and now they are inseperable....LOL Dad refers to the cats as his cat now.....did I do good or what...:cool1:

Hi Marita, Im glad your son will be home for the Holidays...tell him to keep his nose to grindstone and study hard and he will do fine...this is his dream right??? He will make it happen...cause where there is a will there is a way :goodvibes:

Thanks, BH! Yes, I am sure he will try his best! But it still make me nervous.

I hope I'm not missing anything important. Everyone is always in my prayers over here you know.

I'm so tired. 4am came early. I just got home 30 mins ago. cleaned up a bit and checked on some things.

Tim's surgery went just as expected. He's fine and will come home tomorrow.

My cousin is a surgical nurse for cardio patients at this hospital and she was there making sure he was fine for me. they seem to take extra special care when they know it for one of their own it seems. Good to know.

We will know more in about a week after the rib goes to pathology. They made a 3" incision on his back left side.

He's starting to look like a pin cushion.

He had shoulder surgery when he was in high school.

Thank you all for your prayers. I have to go to bed.

Mony, thanks for the update!

Glad the surgery went well, now let's pray for the results.
You sound exhausted, poor girl!!
Sleep well!

Moo...I noticed you said you'd make a donation to my cause. The question is, what size donation were you interested in? Shall I send you my new address? And yay for DD being home!!! :yay: Hope you have a nice visit! :goodvibes
Still paying off my root canal and crown :rolleyes1 so I can't afford a Benjamin, but I'd surely pledge a Ulysses S. Grant when Lynette holds the PeejPuter Telethon!

Tim's surgery went just as expected. He's fine and will come home tomorrow.
Mony - So glad Tim came through surgery OK!!! Praying for a good biopsy result. Having family on staff certainly does help!

Marita! Yay for your son getting approved for leave at Christmas!!!!!!!!!

It's good to have Mari home. She brought Cash home from his knee repair this afternoon and he's doing pretty well, but he hates wearing the "cone of shame", poor guy. He has lots of pain meds and antibiotics, so he's pretty subdued.

Lil G - Your family is adorable!!!!! All decked out in matching shirts :) Looks like you were having a great time. Was that your first visit to Disneyland?

BH - I know that will be sad for you to clean out your spot at the antique mall and not see your friend any more :guilty: I chuckled over your rumblytumbly post today :goodvibes

Nabbie - Sending nice weather for tomorrow! Dang dryer. What a pain to have problems with a brand new appliance.

Allie - You're getting quite a colorful lot of fish! Is your other procedure Friday? Too lazy to read back.

Steph - Is your MIL having some discomfort? Sorry she has been so crotchety toward your hubby, but that may be part of the problem

Twink - Are you thinking alien green and black for your sling??! That would be cool! The Twinkie Family is gonna be stylin' in matching jackets :thumbsup2

Lex - Are you missing Mimi or has she been home some?

Wendy! I agree that it's time for some tough love with that moochin' mama  How rude of her :sad2:

Cel - Wow, that is ambitious starting that many small groups. With school and all, sounds like you'll be pretty busy. Hope you end up in a good group! I am guessing that it's too late/far away for the Breadman to go with you . . .

OK Everyone- I sort of confronted Poohgirl and BlowOutBoy's mama. It's the 10th, and she's very late in paying me (recall last months late check bounced!). So I asked her when she's going to pay me...and she proceeded to rattle off all her bills (ACK!) and I interrupted her with, " I'm sorry, I love them to death (lie) but I can't watch them without payment" I said it nicely because I DO understand. I just want her to realize it's not a good thing to have a ticked-off day care provider. GAH! I feel like such a co-dependent wimp! IF she wasn't my neighbor, it'd be much easier!

Anyway. Hopefully this will work out

Yay, Wendell! FINALLY! That mom has had it coming....and you were much nicer than I could have been!

Today she was very agitated and was a bit mean to DH. She convinced herself that she had a doctor's appointment and that he was there a bit earlier and told her so. Neither is true, of course.

3. p.s. when does my telethon begin?

1. Are you pimping out Wendell now? Cuz THAT is waaaay disturbing!

2. Whoa, there, teacher chick! I ALWAYS cooperate with the teacher! :snooty: I am a big believer in parents and teachers presenting a united front to the children...otherwise, the schools cannot do their job. All I'm saying is that perhaps 4 nights of homework (45 minutes per night) PLUS mandatory reading PLUS one project per week might be a bit of overkill. Ya think?

3. I'll let you know. We may need a live appearance from you....how good are you at looking pitiful-yet-deserving? :rotfl:

Okay, so Natasha's first-evah Brownie meeting was "so cool". She got to hang out with her BFF, Madison. The troop did a craft project with beads and were visited by the uncle of two of the girls. He is on leave from his station in Iraq, and the girls got to ask him questions and he talked to them about the origins and care/handling of the American flag.

Hip hop class was "fierce". One of the girls in the class is also in the same Brownie Troop, so she had an instant pal. Yaay!

Marita, I'm betting that your DS is motivated and smart enough to get through this next step with no trouble! But an extra prayer never hurt anyone, right? ;)

Hey to everyone else!

Just went back and saw Mony's and Moo's posts.

Mony: Glad Tim's surgery went okay. Please make sure to take care of YOU, since the nurses are responsible for him right now.

Moo: Glad your DD is home again. Poor Cash!

Moo...I noticed you said you'd make a donation to my cause. The question is, what size donation were you interested in? Shall I send you my new address?

Sign me up for the Glitter Level. In lieu of cash, I will mail you fat envelopes of first grade art, stories, and crafts... and of course GLITTER.

Sheesh. Don't they teach you anything at your fancy-schmancy college? Of course he was praising the good Lord. (should i roll my eyes or just use a well placed "duh" here?)

Thank you all for your prayers. I have to go to bed.
Thanks so much for the update. I logged in to check on you all.

Steph- sorry about your MIL.

Still paying off my root canal and crown :

1. Don't speak to me about dental bills. We had a crown incident this week. That is threatening to turn into a root canal. Plus a ton of other work that just got done. At least by "we" I mean "not me". Plus my DD needs a pre-surgery palatal expansion and major orthodontics. Plus surgery. Ugh.

2. Yes! that is what I was thinking. Except now I am not sure. I am wearing a black jacket and grasshopper's is green. Matching greens is hard. Maybe just a black sling. I am afraid it will make me look oddly shaped in pictures. :confused3
Hip hop class was "fierce". One of the girls in the class is also in the same Brownie Troop, so she had an instant pal. Yaay!
Glad she had fun! Our old gym had a hip-hop/gymnastics combo class. They called it Flip Hop. It looked fierce.

So if you notice tiny black holes or new pockets of antimatter you can blame me OR the CERN scientists. I did manage to wrinkle the space time continuum. It turns out that the girls had to go on a nature hike (which I forgot till I got the email) but it was raining at my house so I didn't break any traffic laws to get them to church thinking it was cancelled. BUT the bus was leaving as I pulled up. I waved down the bus and sent them on: fed and in uniform (thank goodness they changed at gym).

Also I was feeling like a freakin' genius because I invented homemade Happy Meals. I had white lunch sacks with hot french fries and chicken nuggets. No mess, no fuss, cheaper and healthier than Store-Boughten :thumbsup2 Happy Meals.

Lynette - So cool and fierce! :lmao: High praise indeed!!!

:scared: At least it's not you, Twink! But having a DH with a toothache doesn't sound like much fun to me either. Mine is not feeling a 100% the past couple weeks, but it's usually in the morning. After I pay it off and am in Fiscal Year 09 and have dental benefits again, I'll have the dentist check the occlusion. This was the first time I ever exceeded my dental max and I did it in a big way

If a care package will help your little TwinkerTwin get through all of that, please be sure to give us a heads up :grouphug:

Maybe you should just go with the basic black but see if your or MommyP can find a DIS green sling ring! From which you can hang some lime green ribbon or a LGMH ;)

Oh, if you haven't seen, Nebo and Smidgy welcomed a new baby granddaughter today! :cloud9: princess:
