2.Moanica- don't fret! It was Summer yesterdee and today it's "April". Again. Whay are you sore? Is it a good story? heh.

2. Cause I planted 24 spirea "Princess" shrubs yesterday, planted several flats of flowers, and transplanted hostas and a rhodadendrum. Sorry, the bees are happy though.

Pretty much. James (DS7) had six football games on Saturday. Joe (DS10) had five baseball games over Fri/Sat/Sun. I saw 10 of the 11 games (the only one I missed, they overlapped). Fortunately, I didn't have to attend any weekend practices so I got to spend SOME time at home this weekend but not enough to DIS.

Mony-- Hope you plants survived the night. It is darn cold here the last few days. Rained all day yesterday too.

I pity the campers this weekend. It is Victoria Day here so it is a long weekend, known here as the 2-4 weekend.

Twinkie -- last day of school tomorrow...we don't get out until June 26th.

I love her dress (it looks alot like my wedding dress- I bet we have the same taste... Cinderella-esque is good). Nicholas is certainly growing up fast.

In other news, I hate my job! Yay!

And I'm back on the weight watchers band wagon, so that should come off soonish!

Hound- cute "kittens". We had baby "pinny-pigs" too once and it's amazing how fully grown they are at birth.

Im glad you liked my kittens... There were 7 of them born ... 2 were to small to make it and we did hand feed them all kittens formula milk to help mom..... 5 survived...momma wouldnt feed the 2 smallest babies... G pigs can only feed 2 babies at a time

Thats our guinea pigs Rodney and Grace .... they currently have 5 babies that need to be adopted.

Twink, I'm so jealous that your kids are out of school tomorrow! Mine have to go until June 12. And in the meantime, there are still book reports and projects due. Ugh. Natasha has to do a 3 page report on the organism of her choice, complete with an accompanying diorama. She chose the Emperor Penguin. So after work tonight, I'll be supervising the assembly of the diorama. Big fun. Thankfully, the written report is already finished.





Here we are, May 19 and DH still hasn't had the chance to open the pool. Not sure what's going to happen for Memorial Day. We're supposed to host our annual cookout this Sunday. The kids will be mighty disappointed if they can't swim.



Latest Crazybossman antics: he has decided to shut off the furnace, since "we're at the end of May". Um, okay, but the temp still drops into the high 30s at night, so it's freakin freezing in here all day! Plus, if we don't put the heat on, we don't get any hot water. So we're washing our hands with icy water! He sits in his office with a space heater, all toasty warm, while my co-worker and I are wrapped up in sweaters and practically huddling for warmth.

Hello from the library. I have an appointment at 1:45 to talk to someone who has to listen to my grievances from all 4 years at this school. Poor man doesn't know what's coming....
Bascially my grievances boil down to 2 incidents with campus police, who are worthless, and an incident at graduation Saturday.

There is a lot to comment on!

Lexi...the job front is a little complicated. Of course no one really deserves me. I do have to make a decision by the end of this week. I'm waiting for several factors. I'll keep y'all updated. Probably with more information than you even wanted to know.

The graduation party yesterday was awesome!!! I had so much fun. It was pirate themed. And got a lot of stuff, too! I promise pictures are coming.
