Talk about MAGIC!! Yes, I can answer my phone now, but honestly I probably wouldve answered it anyway - it was a 407# Coral Reef called, and a Diver is going to wish DD a Happy Birthday and make up a special menu, just for her!!

ITS still raining and the rivers are starting to peak........the small streams and little water areas are flooding already......at least it is nothing like the flood of 1987.......that was a good one...

I hate rain.....makes me sad when it is so dark and dreary......my grandbabies are coming for a visit and then their parents will come back after they go for the home inspection on a house they are buying.....I am cooking chicken caccitore as I type......everything made the house DAMP......more moist than it already was with hubby washing the carpets on Sunday and then rain rain and more rain.....boiled the chicken thighs with bones on and then the sauce is still spitting in the pot......

Mad has had a temp since Sat night and last night sucked when it came to sleeping, so I figured she has an ear infection.

Nope. Just a virus. Not even strep.

VEGAS is KIDLESS, that's the problem. I have to have someone come stay with my kids. Plus I'd never take my kids there. Some places we go to are just better off without small kids.

DS2's b-day is the day before they want to leave.
DD2's 1st birthday is during the time they want to be there.
DS2's football season starts that week

My BIL called today to feel me out, cause I know he knows that this will be my decision.

They are giving DFIL to this weekend to talk him into this.

They are cracking me up.

Oh and the 23 and 25 year old nephews are going.

Well. She keeps turning my lunch date offers down so I'm not up on the Marie Newz...but word on the street is she's getting a nationwide Oprah-like show all her own. Maybe it'll last longer than her Donny and Marie talk show a few years ago. They are Utah Royalty, I tell you what.

Tomorrow is the day for mama to be buried.......I know I keep saying this but it is hard even after her being gone almost five months......I do miss my two mamas....We have to do alot of flower buying to get on MIL's grave and then mamas too before we leave.....Mothers day will be upon us and my Mils first year being away from us....I miss them both

Hugs for tomorrow. I still miss my mom on Mothers Day and it has been 10 years now. I need to talk with my sister about doing flowers. Probably not until Memorial Day since it's been so chilly here. I'm jacking up the heat yet again tonight.

I just got home from babysitting and swung by McDonald's for a ridiculously large diet coke. I should be goog to go for tonight's "festivities." It's still looking like it's going to be an all nighter. You know what I'm often grateful for on nights like this? The fact that kinko's is open 24 hours. Kudos to kinkos. Off to work!
