GOOD MORNING! :sunny:

Looks to be another beautiful day in the bluegrass! I keep thinking I'll take some pictures to show you all what you're missing. It's just beautiful-gorgeous here with everything blooming.

If you watch the Today's Show don't forget to look for the high school group from Lexington. I reminded Mimi again to muscle her way up to the rope. Her straightener is broken so her hair will be reallllllly curly....not straight.

PJ.....Family drama stinks.   I'll be praying.

Sandy....8 ft. alligator?? :scared1: Good thing I'm already watching the Today's Show! Did you get my pm over at TGM?

Marita....Are you serving a large spinach dip with the cheesy dog stew? I'll take some!

Wendee...... Bless his little heart! How did that thing get in his pocket??? I hate for him to be punished for something he didn't do but like you said...possession is the rule, right? DS took his little box of collectibles to school one day w/out my knowledge. When he came home I felt how heavy his backpack was. Looked in the collectibles....about 5 pocket knives. Then we had to have a heart to heart about why those aren't allowed at school. He was sooooo surprised! :) Anyway....did Dallen have anything else to say under the dad-interrogation?

Kay & Steph!
:wave2: Good to see you both!

Cel
.....Good luck, girl!

NAB....Hell's Kitchen! :lmao: Glad you're off the hook on jury duty!

Moo, Twinkie, BNCG, Allie, Ever-body.....:wave2:

Where's DTD and Lil G?

HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE!

Wendy - Some down right stinkin' kid prolly put it in good ole' Dallen's bag just to be funny. Sending him some pixie dust for surviving clean up AND the principals office. :wizard:

Melinda - I was a lookin' yesterdee. :3dglasses Although, I have to work today, so won't have as much time to look. I know what, I'll TIVO!!

Thanks Rob! :upsidedow I never thought I would make it this far. :thumbsup2

Morning all!

 :wizard:  to Peej.
That angel is a prayer. Not a smartastarstar comment about her "angelic" behavior.
Heeeeee.
:rolleyes1

Wait. Where's my post from this morning? I dont see it!!! Am I in....the Twilight Zone? *cue creepy music*

Now I have to try to remember stuff. dangit.

L: Excellent, dude!

Twinklebelle: :boat:

Wendy: Oh wow. What a day. Raising boys is so much fun, aint it?

Moo: A shoutout for me??? Woo hoo. I'm feeling the tuxlove lol!

Cel: Another interview? :faint: Good luck!

Allie: I have never done anything like that with my cell phone. EVER.:rolleyes1

Dangit again. I cant recall all my shout outs, but I did watch Hell's Kitchen. Gordon Ramsey is cool. He's kinda the bad boy of the culinary world. Not that I have a thing for bad boys. heh

 to all the Moovers.

PJ: You dont have to make nice yet, just feel what you need to feel right now. Everything is too fresh to make decisions on making nice and all that stuff. Allow yourself some time to process everything. How about this song?

It's a long trip alone over sand and stone
That lie along the road that we all must travel down

So maybe you could walk with me a while
And maybe I could rest beneath your smile
Everybody stumbles sometimes and needs a hand to hold
'Cause it's a long trip alone

It's a short piece of time but just enough to find
A little peace of mind under the sun somewhere

So maybe you could walk with me a while
And maybe I could rest beneath your smile
You know we can't afford to let one moment pass us by
'Cause it's a short piece of time

And I don't know where I'd be without you here
'Cause I'm not really me without you there

So maybe you could walk with me a while
Maybe I could rest beneath your smile
Everybody stumbles sometimes and needs a hand to hold

So maybe you could walk with me a while
Maybe I could rest beneath your smile
Maybe I could feel you right beside me 'til I'm home
'Cause it's a long trip alone

Remember ToT? I'm a pretty good hand holder if ya need one.

/
awww. I like that song babycow.
who sings it?

also, I have a thing for gordon too.
ohhh! make me cook, hottie!
heee.

I'm still here waiting to see Mimi and I've got SOOOO much to do at work today! I talked to her and was like *WTH*? She says she's in the second row and they just won't turn the camera her way. :confused3

Right now they're going over the Forbes' 7 Deadly Sin Cities that Joe gave us the heads up on a coupla weeks ago.

Here's a question for ya. I'm trying to get our ADRs worked out for Sept. and having trouble with our Friday and Sat. nights. Friday we will go to Fantasmic so I had planned dinner at Kona and then the bus to DHS. Saturday I planned HDDR and MK. so....

WWYD?

Friday....would you do 50's Prime Time before Fantasmic instead? I've never eaten there but the reviews are very mixed.

Saturday....Cancel and do Kona instead of HDDR? Sandy says the humor is very like the Country Bears. I hate the Country Bears.

Your advice and reviews are welcome. TIA.

PJ:

Lexy: Did Mimi get on tv??

Marita: Did you eat yet?

Allie: can they track you like in WDW?

Hi Kay
Hi Stephwave:

Wendy: Mornin' hottie!

Hi Sandy!

BBN: How were the shrooms?

Cel: good luck with the follow up:woohoo: I'll have 4 beds for jumping on in Dec.

Hey Rob:goodvibes

Moo-Lynette-Wendy-game on!

Cel: Dierks Bentley sings it. My mom actually went to a concert of his with me and dd. My mom now calls him a curly headed cutie, so that is what we call him 'round these parts.

Are you saying Gordon Ramsey lights your fire?

Lex: My kids really like 50's PrimeTime Cafe. It's not a must do for us, but they always enjoy it. And if you HATE Country Bears, you might not like HDDR. Kona might be more your style.

Mony: The mushroom party is tonight. That sounds all kinds of wrong, but you know what I mean. lol

Good Morning Friends, Romans, and Countrymen!

Wow! It really is Old Home Week here in the pasture. :welcome: back to all our little lost lambs. :)

Spring is here on the prairie too. The sun is shining, flowers are blooming and birds are chirping. I wish I knew something about birds because we have something living in our backyard that I have never seen before. It has the most interesting song and it really sings. It also manages to sound like it is in the house.

PJ:  There are no good words other than I am sorry you are having to deal with this.

Wendee: Did anyone else notice the irony of her posting "I'm bored" followed by "DRAY-MA"? Seriously- parenting isn't for wimps is it? :grouphug: Psst. Go check out BbN's trip report. I left you a present. :santa:

Alleee: congrats on 2k

Nabee: I had to skim your kitchen post. It brought back too many repressed memories of my newlywed days living in a fixer-upper when neither one of us really knew how to fix up nor did we have money to hire a professional. :scared:

Babynurse: Thank you for my :boat:! It is perfect!! I think I will use it often :scratchin

Moo & Celleree & Marita: I can't believe it almost time for you not-so-hypothetical May trip. I know you will have a blast!

Lexee: What a great picture of you and your girl! You are both beautiful!

Lyntee: I hope everyone is 100% better at your house. And that you dusted and vacuumed because you KNOW child services is coming to visit :rolleyes1

Thought of the Day
Sometimes being a responsible grown up stinks.

Melinda- I liked 50's PrimeTime...if you've never gone, it might be fun! (Don't order their salmon though. )
OK, I'm watching the Today show!!!! Sweet gator!

Everyone who commented on Dallen's "sitch":

No Dallen still sticks to his story...even under the "DAD INTERROGATION" :scared: (shoot, I almost admitted to putting it in his pack pack myself! He's tough on boy-crimes). Here's my realistic theory: I think he found it on the street a while ago. Because it was in a funky little zippered pocket (cell phone pocket). The bad kid putting it in his back pack while Dallen was at recess is not likely. He did think my theory is plausible but can't remember putting it there. He always picks stuff up on the street that he shouldn't.
He's doing his time today :guilty:

Java- nice to see you.

PJ-sorry about your situation!

Mony2-No, YOU'RE a Hottie!

Lynt, Moo, and Mony2- It's your turn Scrabblettes! :yay:

Allie- yay 2,000 Moo Hooty!

Sandy- You are looking extra skinnie-minnie today!

Did you guys hear about the Utah woman found murdered in the trunk of her car in Missouri! She met the guy who murdered her online! :scared: :scared1:

babycow - yes, chef gordon lights my fire! :furious: Those are happy flames, not mad flames.

lex - 50's primetime is pretty fun. food is good. I also like sci fi dine in theater.

what about the luau? have you done that? it's cheesy, but fun and the food is pretty good.

Other than that, Kona is YUMMY!, but it's not very expensive, so you don't get much free dining bang for your buck. heh.
Not that the luau is worth two dinners either.

PJ Sorry to hear you are having family problems. I'm saying a prayer for strength for those who need it, and a sense of peace through whatever changes must be made.

UMA I hope you find an answer to the knife mystery. It's tough for your son to be punished for something he did wrong unintentionally, but maybe its a good lesson to learn and will make him more cautious in the future.

Sandy Your alligator story is creeping me out. Yikes! And I thought it was bad when Tornado came down the basement stairs to my office the other day with a live chipmunk in his mouth! (yes, and don't ask me where the chipmunk is now, as he always loses the critters while he's "playing with them.")

Hi to everyone this morning. :wave2:

 MORNIN Moovers!!

Thanks for the warmfuzzypasture!!

I'm home this morning, but on the old laptop - it tends to "poof" and shutdown... so I dont like posting from here!! + PLUS I'm getting snatches of vertigo again!! :faint: (last time the cure was a ride on rockNroller coaster!! :rotfl2: )

Lexi didnt see your DD - Thanks so much for your help - Mike released hours... :rolleyes1 Girl you are GOOG!!! :worship:

Allie IOU

belated_bdy_turtle.gif

Glad you reposted all those lovely bday wishes!! Welcome to your Forties!! and WOOHOO :yay: :woohoo: on your races!! I did ok for the 8K but I havent gotten out there again - still planning on an August Half marathon, and Disney Half in 2010!!

PJ Hope today is brighter!

Celery Goog luck on your interviews!! DS is also going on interviews - he graduates May 10 - History Major, not a lot of calls for History Majors w/o a teaching degree (he'll get his as a Masters, due to his hearing loss, he had a hard time succeeding in college - now, he ROCKS!!)

UMA poor kid!! Glad he has you!! (and an understanding school - my goodness did you see the story of the boy ordered some compound to blow up his school, his parents found it, turned in the kid... today on GMA - the REST of the story - really breaks my heart! IF the parents had kept it "hush hush" and gotten him counseling would that have been better? Our society needs to figure out "what" bullying is - and HOW to deal with it!! I can honestly say every classroom I substitute in - I see mild forms of bullying, and I bully back I suppose - because I call them on it - I tell them - "THAT's bullying" because kids are so used to - I dunno "being kids" that they dont get the differences, or diversity around them... I hate seeing some kids so "outcast" that they look like they live in a "fetal" position!!

goog grief... <stepping off soapbox> need to do some work!!

:laundy: (Moo doncha  the :laundy: or :dance3: no no, it has to be the

(did I hit 25+??)
