I did get them fixed. I really thought they were a good color match and went with it. My snotty son has a different opinion and made a very big deal how "what's up with your teeth? They are huge and white!" comment.
I really didn't know what to say to him so I said nothing. I think they are the size teeth are supposed to look. He is used to my teeth that were made smaller to fix the chips from years past. I think he just needs to get used to it.
One of my friends made an off comment too, which really surprised me, but you know what, I like them. I have to get used to them for sure. They are thicker and longer of course and I have to adjust. I will have long nails now, since I can't bit them anymore, bad habit of mine. And I have to cut up foods since I can't use these to bit with.
On a happier note I rejoined Weight Watchers this week, thanks to my mom and have lost 6 pounds.
Munching on carrots and hummus at the moment.
I got to sub yesterday for a special education pre-school program. Loved it! With my background with working in child care all those years I should have considered an early childhood background. It is not too late though. I could totally see myself doing that as a career. The parapro I worked with asked me to leave my number, she said I worked wonderfully with the kids and sure do have the partience.

. Those kids did have the energy though!
Have a blessed day.
