Sadly, nothing attached to receivin a 1" plastic key other than bragging rights. That is what the reaction of said A Housekeeper so amazing. No bonus, no nothing. Just " I got a plastic Key from the GM for my good job"
Sad thing is, even if GM wanted to, she cant really do much more, cause it all has to be consistent with all resorts, so she couldnt give out a dinner, for example.

if this kind of "key" reward could be posted one in a blue moon.....it makes the experience of going to a Disney resort amazing...NOT that it isnt...But once in a while I have found stuff not to be as perfect as we would all like.....One time we just arrived and a knock on the door......it was a front desk person.....asked if he could look for a phone that was left behind....sure enough it was under the bed closer to the door.....I have done a few look under since then...nothing major...a few empty pkgs of fruit snacks....
Oh one time at All Star Movies....on the first floor unit ...we had those little bitty inch worms I think they were......they were on the walls and coming in under the door frame.....that made me icky....ROFL...

I do have to agree......I dont look for missing electrical covers....Our rooms at Port Orleans Fq AND Dixie Landings have always been clean as a whistle.

Now can you tell I am ready ..SOOOOOO ready to go to Disney....

This morning at some unforgiveable hour....like three thirty AM ...to four thirtyish......they decided to remove some of our snow bankings near the side walks......and everytime the machine would back up......it would go beep beep beep and Megara would go WOOF WOOF WOOF.......so needless to say......I am sort of tired....

Cel ..hope she has a great visit to Florida and the warmer of our states.....right now it is minus 2 degrees.......two below zero is COLD ..but no winds so not as cold as it could of been..

The key story is interesting. But I guess since everyone doesn't get one it is special. We have always had clean rooms , but of course I don't look under the beds like Pumba. But I do look between the bed and the night stands. So if I happend to miss the table and my glasses fall on the floor I won't be picking up anything I don't want too.

I predict the RAnDom caP name fad will coincide with the upcoming generation: Stemming from parents of the current "Generation-Entitled", will not have any idea how to spell, tell time, work, tie a shoe, or know the value of a new toy. Raised by droids who cannot hear their pithy whines, Generation RAndom caP will become even more obese than their parents (P.E and all after school sports programs are long gone) as they wheel around in their wall-e type pods of helplessness as they learn about the edible vegetation of decades past.

Oh Cel, I didn't book Homewood. After your glowing review, I pondered it for days...agonizing. The Embassy Suites ONLY won out due to the "free" made to order breakfasts and the "free" nightly booze (LOL!!!). I totally didnt want to let you down!!! I will, of course, jump on the beds of Embassy Suites just for you.


HEYYY, I found all my pins! I have a TON of Goofy. All Goofys will be traded or e-bayed. Goofy is sort of ruined a little, but I'll be nice. We will be eating at his Kitchen after all. I promise not to punch him.

Nab.---HONEST>>>> I dont usually look under beds but after the persons phone episode.....I sort of get down and peek....ROFL...Now since I have been a moderator here......going on eleven or so years.......I sort of look the place over ...helps me to say YAH my room was ready and clean as a whistle...when I was on the trip reports....I have read some of their NOT so stellar reviews....and I was thinking.....are they going to the same Disney I am ...Cause we have always been pleased with all of disney....workers, rooms, parks and food.....we are not fussy people....
We go to Disney for a good time......and any time I dont have to cook, clean or pick up after meals.....MY KIND OF VACATION..

Well, I slept in till 11 today, ughhh! I hate sleeping in on a vacation day. Seems like such a waste of bum-laying time. Then again, I spent the last 2 hours doing work work, DUH!

Just called hubby to pick up some mushrooms on his way home, gonna atempt to make some LeCellier risotto again this weekend.
