Mony -- awwww how cute. Love the little pony tail on the top of her head. And the blue eyes just beautiful.

Moo--glad your feeling better. So your not doing jury duty....:yay:

Marita-- your are a cheap date. You eat so little, but if it made you feel better good.

Mommy P-- what fun, shopping with gift cards. Hope it all lifted your spirits until Chad comes home.

UMA-- poor puppy, that was the same one you last awhile back? Thank goodness he is home now.

Last edited by NAB : Today at 07:55 PM. Reason: Hey my first tag changed !!! This one is from W.T's thread...lol

LOL, that is funny, Nab. But also sad, I remember you changing the pages way back when....

Why don't I ever get a decent tag?. And NO, I am not mentioning "that" word.

Congrats on finally picking your colo(ur)s. Sound lovely. We expect before and after pics, you know!

I love gas stoves personally. But I do have a flat top IRL.

I said that I retired from turning pages because they got to heavy.:lmao:

I cannot BELIEVE I bought a skort. I am getting so old. No offense if you regularly wear skorts. I wanted a jean skirt and attached shorts works well with my lifestyle. ;) Don't tell anyone.

I love skorts. I embraced them at the ripe ol' age of 21 when I started dating this guy with this kid;) and every time I picked him up (the adorable lil' toddler, not the date) my skirt would get caught on his shoe and well

Prior to this I wore sundresses alot  however stick to the skirts with attached shorts as opposed to the skirt look in the front, shorts in the back and you can retain your hip trendy mojo

The 2 year old boy is watching Baby Einstein and eating a home made trail mix of cheerios and raisins with Diego fruit snacks. (don't judge)
Congrats on the prodigal wuppy. And who am I to judge your homemade trail mix. I thought I invented that recipe anyways :snooty:

I was thinking of a time to recommend. Hard anymore (plus I dont get the attendance forcast).
Marita! darling! How can you get the attendance forecast. I would sure love to have some insider information on that. :goodvibes (Just kidding.... I know how companies are about leaking that sort of stuff) (ok if you really had it I would totally want to know and I would completely forget where I got said info)

Twinkie - Do you know about making your own wipes?

Unfortunately yes. Some little twinkies have extremely sensitive skin. (The things you don't think to ask when you are courting) Some little twinkies had diaper rash so bad that all the skin peeled off and special medicine had to be compounded just for them (care to ask me the copay on designer butt creme?). Wipes were verboten. Sigh. Anyways, now I know better and I am very proactive about preventing diaper rash. (The boys also seem to have tougher skin- maybe because they weren't preemies :confused3 ) And I use store bought wipes for sensitive skin. Spendy but worth it IMHO.

Thanks for checking in Nabbie!!!! Cool about your new tag! Hope everything goes smoothly with your kitchen.

My friend Debbie is having a rough time finding paint colors she likes. The ones I helped pick out she thinks are too yellow, but the ones she originally picked are pinky taupe I think she is really discouraged right now. I think we need to try looking at colors of a different brand of paint other than Sherwin Williams.

Bruno: Lust! Show more lust! I want you to be a DIRTY GIRL! :scared1:

Sorry, that was just on Dancing wiht the Stars, Bruno to Kristi Yamaguchi.

Anway, regarding attendance forecasts, you are about 10 years too late. Years ago I was very close friends with the director who actually did the forecasts. (Talk about a high stress job!!!!!!!!!!) But he since retired.
It's highly classified information (where is an undercover smiley when you need one?) Or I could move back to parks (shudder)

Really, it's easy to tell: Hotels charge high prices and no discounts = bad time
Discounts offered = good time. Except now with free dining. Which means it's a bad time. So you are on your own....
Otherwise follow TGM

I know, I am of no help!

The lady at Home Depot helped me alot. She is actually there interior planning person there and was working the paint counter for someone on break. She told me to bring some stuff in and she would help.

She usually charges $125.00 for this service but she saw me alot and said she liked me so she helped me. So I can't take all the credit.

I did take some before pictures....

Nabbie, that's cool that she helped you out. I can just see you wandering the store feeling helpless, LOL
To pink or not to pink? To yellow or to gray? To gas or to flattop? That is the question.........

Can't wait until it all comes together.

Hubby reminded me there will be alot of dust, no power at times and no water. Should be fun. At least most of the work will be done while the kids are at school.

EEk, Nab, no power?

No TV, no computer? Hope you have a battery radio at least. I cannot stand quiet, I always have to have background noise.

What is the estimated time to get this done?

Timeline is 4 - 6 weeks They are suppose to be finished by the long weekend in May. May 18th. That is Hannah's First Communion.

They have to put pot lights in the ceiling and they are moving the stove.

wow, long time without a kitchen. Check out the Jr. Whopper offer at Burger King if you have one there.

I am guessing we will be eating anything that is microwavable.

Breakfast and lunches will be the same. It is just dinners. I will have to check out the Burger King deal.... mind you the kids love McDonalds. They think they can win the trip to WDW when they get the toy right now....:lmao: I think there is 16 " You've Won " cards out there.

Cuz you're a sweetie!!!!

wendy - glad Amber is back.

marita and moo - my schedule is at work, but I'll see what day looks best for a le cellier meet.
I'll be sure to make it a work day and not a friday so Marita will just have to ride the boat over.
Although the boat dock is kinda far away.
Might be better to walk.

Cel, actually a Friday would probably be better, I don't usually have important stuff then. And the boat is still closer than walking, but that is my problem, LOL. I might even be able to get a parking pass for right behind Le Cellier. It pays to be friendly with the secretary of the GM :)

Wait. I am confused now. A Friday is not a workday? Just let me know what days look good and I will see what I can do.

Oh for the love of the Tag Fairy, LET this be the one time she flits into this thread!!!!!!

It was said on national TV, so it shouldn't be a biggie. :rolleyes1

LOL, Uma, never gonna happen! But thanks again for trying.

Well, I think I was able to avert the cold and my head feels better tonight.

Rob, LOLing over drinking MOO :lmao: Got Milk??!

Hope your wife makes out OK with her jury duty.
1. That's good to hear Cheryl.
2. Here you are only up for that one week. If your number doesn't get called that one week (and hers didn't so she didn't even have to go to the courthouse), you are free until the next time you get "the letter" in the mail.

I finally started feeling better after some beef broth and toast tonight. A little while later, I really started feeling hungry. Given the options I had at home, decided to drive up to Burger King and ordered a Whopper Junior (no onions) and small fries. The menu board said something like $4.69 for Jr Whopper, and I know small fries are over $1.
So I pulled up to the window to pay, and they guy says: $2.13 please"
I said, that cant be right! He said, Jr whopper and small fries right?" Yes
$2.13 please

Sure enough, I looked at the receipt later.
Jr. Whopper $1
small fries $1
Tax $.13

SO if anyone is looking for a lunch deal this week, check it out.
1. Another one feeling better! :thumbsup2
2. Wow! $4.69? Are you sure Marita? I mean I know things cost more in Florida than they do here in the midwest but wow! Twelve Whopper Juniors (no onions) are my burger of choice when we need to get-the-kids-fed quick and the everyday menu price here is $1.19. Two Whopper Juniors are bigger than one Whopper and the pair of Juniors costs less than the single Whopper (based on everyday price here with no coupons).

Wendy and Marita - I melt even with Bare Minerals. I am a sweat...er, uh, glistener.

December is nice, early, and January an February, also parts of March before the crowds start picking up. May is hot, but not as hot as September. However there are Love Bugs.
I agree with MommyP! Early December is my absolute favorite time to go to WDW. The parks are beautifully decorated for Christmas but the crowds haven't arrived yet.

Why don't I ever get a decent tag?. And NO, I am not mentioning "that" word.

1. At least you've got a tag Marita. :snooty:
2. I love gas stoves too but DW likes electric and since she does 8 times as much cooking as I do... :)

And on a Disney-owned network at that!
