If you had, I would have had to post that I don't have a mouse. I've got two cats, a dog, and two goldfish though.

He's an endless nuisance, Moo. This is just the beginning, trust me.
Oh . . . come on, you have to agree that Rob is moderately entertaining on occasion! And I'm not saying that just to be polite.

But maybe I have a different sense of humor than you because I haven't been stalked

BBN: I had great nurses for most of my babies. I don't think they even were very attentive to her and she tore clear through to you know where. Poor thing.
OUCH!!!

Pumba, that sounds like a goog menu. DH doesn't like ham, so I haven't made any plans for Easter dinner. It'll probably just be the two of us though.

I'm sorry to say we are getting hit pretty hard by the nasty white stuff :scared:

I saw seven cars off the road on my way home. One car slid into the ditch just before I went by :scared1: I always wonder if those people are driving with their cruise control on, but it was fairly slick. So I drove like a little old lady all the way home.

Marita, sorry I missed ya last night! I went to bed a little after 11:00 so I could watch my new Enchanted DVD. Which promptly put me to sleep  Guess I'll try to watch it again tonight!

Welcome home, Allie!

Hope everyone had a nice Good Friday.

There's hush tonight, all over the net........... (remember the song?)

Wow, quiet everywhere so far). Then again, I took nap myself.
Moo, hope you enjoy your DVD. I think I will finally finish Twilight today.

Me too, for the second time.

Ok, let the sickies be gone!

Moderately? On occasion? Awww, thanks Moo. That's the nicest thing anyone's ever publicly posted about me. :upsidedow

Or, maybe, you just HAVE a sense of humor, unlike some people. :snooty:

I had a pretty good Good Friday! Except I went into work 2½ hours early so I could leave that much earlier than normal and ended up only leaving about 15 minutes earlier than normal.

My 82-year old Grandmother is cooking Easter dinner for her whole family (her kids, their kids, and their kids), around 40 to 50 people, this Sunday. She is having a Honeybaked Ham brought in though, but she is cooking/baking everything else herself.

There's hush tonight, all over the net........... (remember the song?)
I do! Herman's Hermits.

There's a kind of hush all over the world tonight.
All over the world you can hear the sounds of lovers in love.
You know what I mean.
Just the two of us and nobody else in sight
There's nobody else and I'm feeling good just holding you tight.

I think I posted here before in a discussion of the Everly Brothers that I was a huge fan of 1950s and 60s music. Don't listen to it as much anymore but several years of listening to it and not much else has burrowed those songs into the nether regions of my brain.

Hi Moo! Hi, Rob!

I need to go to bed shortishly. I actually volunteered to go watch DD play Lacrosse tomorrow at 10 am, which means getting up by like 8 am. Earlier than my normal time even :scared1:

May I just say that I am soooooo happy this is the weekend!

Have a great one, everybody1

8 am is earlier than a workday awakening for you? Are you sure we aren't soulmates, Marita? ;) The kids were out of school this week. So, I could go in as early as I wanted or sleep in somewhat (compared to getting up with them at 6:00 like I normally do). Two days I got up about 8:15 and then headed into work. (Two days I did go in early though.)

I remember that song too!

How's painting going, RobIn?

I've been spring cleaning and organizing.

We have an Easter Egg hunt tomorrow at church. I'm helping hide plastic eggs that are filled with candy.

OK, me and DH went on a "date" to Target tonight and finished up the Easter spending. Did y'all see the Easter Bunny Mr. Potato Head? :cutie:

Hi Wendy and Rob

No Easter spending here, as kids are all grown up, but we had a short reflection on years past. DD said something about the dog getting lost in the tall grass while she and DS were looking for Easter goodies. I totally deny that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never happened, I tell you!

Wendee!!! :cheer2:

Painting is going and gone! Ok, well, not gone exactly, but done. All done last weekend. My MIL keeps saying, "Wow, you guys got that done fast." Well, I would hope so -- it's only one room (though it is a good sized one). The boys were off on Spring Break this week and the walls survived but the living room is amazingly cluttered again. :sad2:

This weekend I am either cleaning the garage or, if I can get away from home without DW noticing :rolleyes1, building a pitcher's mound and staking out bases at our little league practice field.

I did NOT see the Easter Bunny Mr. Potato Head. That does sound cute. Here is the new one I am wanting to acquire:

A dog hunt sounds more challenging anyway -- moving target and all that.

We need to tackle the garage too. I still have some Christmas to store in the rafters. It's unbelievable how cluttered that space gets. We have neighbors who finished their walls and textured the floor and did lovely white built in shelves with labeled matching containers....:lovestruc Which makes me giddy.

Good job on the painting! We have a ton of Potato Head toys and they do get played with quite a bit. I haven't seen any sports ones! I suppose that would really be cool!

We are almost to the painting stage downstairs in the boys' 2 bedrooms. :cool1: Still no bathroom down there yet. That's another dollar! It's going to be very Wilderness Lodgey. I actually found a hollowed out stone basin. But nooooo way can we afford that sucker. So, I'll try my best to lodge up even the bathroom.

Marita- we used to have this dog who would find Easter Eggs and take them gently in his mouth and then carefully drop them in his easter basket! FOR CUTE! I miss him. I could see him getting lost in the tall grass, poor wuppies.

A bathroom for boys? When we were having our house built, I told DW we should put a urinal in the boys bathroom. She didn't think that was such a good idea. Now, with all the, uh, "splatter" around the toilet, she might be thinking differently! :rotfl2: I did seriously tell her I would like to have a basement bathroom for the boys with a drain in the floor and everything waterproof where you could just throw some soap in there and hose it all out! (I didn't get that either. )

I think I had the best Goog Friday(is that sacreligious) of all. My team, Western Kentucky, hit a three at the buzzer in overtime to win their game and advance. Wild tourney so far.
Rob, what was the last chart hit for the Everly Brothers? Hint, they are very local here.

GOOD MORNING! :sunny:

Posting from mom's house this morning. Emily stayed at the hotel with the rest of the school group and DS and I spent the night here...with the Tempurpedic mattress, down pillows, and no screaming or interstate noises.

DTD....Spent my day on the hill yesterdee. Had to park at the KY Museum and make the long climb up to Van Meter. :scared: I heard a huge cheer go up as a group was watching the game at Garrett Conf. Center. I figured the toppers hit one at the buzzer. Congratulations! How exciting! Ate with mom at the Catfish House last night. Have you been there? All fried, all goog.

Wendee, Rob, Moo, Twinkie, BNCG, Lil G, Peej.....:wave2:

Is Monica beurking now? Bless her heart! I was hoping she'd dodge that bullet. Feel better soon, Monica!

HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Good Morning Moovers! Off to the ball diamond this morning which already makes it a great day.

Ok, DTD, not going to lie to you. Without looking, my guess would have been "Lucille" but that made no sense with your hint. I had no idea so I Googled. My now-educated guess is that you are referring to "Bowling Green". I have to admit that I had never heard of this song (sorry). I will have to try to give it a listen.

Ah. Keeping up with the Joneses Utah style.

.

congrats DTD!

Our family has a leetle bracket competition every year. I was on a huge losing streak. Losing to people who cannot read and have never even seen a basketball game:sad2:

Well this year I decided use the Moovers Method to basketball picks. I picked Xavier (for PJ), UNC-CH (for moo and joe ) and Western Kentucky. I am firmly in the lead as of last night. :woohoo:

Golden Child picked San Diego to be National Champions. I am sure that his favorite TV show Go Diego Go was the inspiration. :rotfl2:

The sleepover roulette game resulted in us shipping out our 6 year old girls and gaining two 14 year old boys. Therefore I must head to the grocery store to have enough grub.

Later friends!
