Are we all supposed to share a story from the last time we ate? Because I was going to anyway. Today at lunch another teacher was eating some weight watchers snack cake thing and another teacher asked her how it was. She said "Well, it's no Twinkie!" That made me giggle because I of course thought of Twinkessori. The same teacher had generic brand Wheat Thins and the same teacher asked how those were and she said "well, nothing beats the REAL Wheat Thins!" I think the real question is, why is that teacher carrying around all my imaginary friends in her lunch box?? Huh?? HUH???? Wassup with that??

THE GAME WON'T LOAD?!?!?! OH THE HUMANITY!!!!!!

Here in the real midwest spring break starts on wednesday and goes forever. Then we have a day off as soon as we go back for kindergarten round up. It is march 10th and my kids only have 6 more school days till April. What is up with that?

guess who was in my neighborhood today........Patrick Dempsey........he donated money and equipment for the Cancer area of our Hospital......I mean he was in our backyard practically......

I had a chicken breast for supper with monterey seasonings on it...delicious....even if I do say so myself......we had that and mashed taters and hub had corn......I like my greens..

In other developments. I requested Wednesday off to A) get ready for the cruise (since I did NOTHING this weekend) and B) get out of work, because my motivation right now is at about -5.

So, 1 more day to work. YAY!!!

TwinkieByJinkie: My kids are off forever on Spring Break too. I think cuz it fell around Easter. Maybe in the TRUE midwest, y'all are so smart you can pretty much skip the month of March and still end up being a freakin' genius.

no no no........pops had the corn and I had the greens........patrick was just nearby......like a few hundred yards......I can see that place from here......it is the same place that Stephen King came to when he was hit by a car a few years back......we are fortunate to have a great truama unit too.......they fixed up my hubby when his gun exploded......they wanted him to fly in the lifecopter but he said no they made to much noise.....so he had a two and a half hour trip by two ambulances.....but it is a good hospital...saved dh;s life.....

I actually cooked dinner tonight and it involved peeling potatoes and chopping veggies, etc. Plus, I'm making a batch of WW white chicken chili to share at work for lunch tomorrow.

We finally got the cruise DVD in the mail tonight. So I am going to watch that soonishly. Although I think I already read most of everything. I cannot even mention the cruise to DD, she gets upset. Like I talk about it too much All I was asking was simple questions.............

The general consensus is we are not making any plans, just take it as it comes. From what I read, it does not sound like the cruise it not sold out anyway, so we should be able to make last minute arrangements.

I am soooooooooo ready to get away for a few days. Although it really is only 2 1/2 days..
