I'm starring at the countdown clock and know I really don't have to until almost 9:00am. But.....I'm confused as to what happens at exactly 9:00. Will the queue number automatically pop up without me doing anything if I'm there and then I don't do anything until my number gets to "0". Or at 9 do I need to refresh until I get a virtual queue number?
