Moonlight Magic Registration--logging in from multiple locations and a larger room

We're hoping to go to the Typhoon Lagoon Moonlight Magic in June, which has registration this week. I have a 2 bedroom reserved with all members of our party of 7 listed.

I'm planning on doing the registration *but* I don't know if I can be on exactly at 10 (ETA its 11 Eastern but I'm in Central) to get in the queue. I read that the same membership number will all just default to the same spot in the queue. So if someone else is able to get in the queue at 10 (using my number), and then I log in a couple minutes later, will I then be able to register and they can just close out their window? Otherwise, what info is needed to register? I will probably need to ask someone else to do it for me (the non-member who will be with us).

The internet says we should get an email, but I looked it up earlier and it sounds like the regular MM page will get a registration link when registration opens up and we just register there.

I think my husband will be able to at least get in the queue for me as long as it works that way!

Otherwise, what info is needed to register?

Membership number and then there is usually a dropdown to select the eligible members name and then you need a phone number and email for the registration.
