Calling on the experts. I called Member Services and I fell like what they told me was wrong based on what I have read on these boards. Or maybe the rules have changed? I have 2 memberships with different UY. One has member perks (the blue card) and one does not(newer re-sale) I have a reservation during the Typhoon Lagoon Moonlight Magic but it is using points from the contract that doesn't have perks. I thought the rule was that you had to have a reservation on property (could be cash, could be at pop century...) as long as you had a qualifying membership (which we do) They said I am not eligible since I booked a room with nonqualifying points but I don't understand, if i paid with cash for a room why would I be eligible but since I am with points I can't? Hope that makes sense. Should I call MS again? Any advice would be appreciated.

From others’ experience on the other thread, you should be eligible. Call back and escalate if necessary.
 

Relatedly, when I had clicked on the link in my confirmation email to "modify or cancel" it did show me my reservation (this was back around 7/21) as well as my husband's reservation (we are both members on our membership). However, when I do that NOW, I get a page that says "Online registration is no longer available for this event. Please contact registration assistance via the email link below in order to get information about registering at this time." rather than taking me to my actual reservation. Should I be panicking right now that something happened to our moonlight magic registration, or is everyone seeing this? I have the email confirmations, so I feel like I should be all set. This is our first moonlight magic, and we are taking my SIL & family, too, so I have no idea what to expect, but also don't want anything to go wrong.
