Moonlight Magic Cancelled for April and May

Dear Members -

Thank you for your patience as we navigate the challenges associated with COVID-19. This has been a difficult situation for everyone, yet it is uplifting to see so many examples of kindness and compassion toward others.

As you are aware, based on state and federal guidance and for the protection of our Members, Guests and Cast Members, Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Vacation Club properties are closed until further notice. Given this closure, Membership Magic events scheduled for April and May have been cancelled, including the Moonlight Magic event on May 4 for which you registered. We realize this is disappointing and appreciate your understanding.

Our team at Disney Vacation Club can’t wait to welcome you back “home” just as soon as we can – at our resorts, at a Membership Magic event or elsewhere around the neighborhood. Thanks for the report! We were registered for May 4th at Epcot but cancelled our BCV reservation earlier to bank the points. Sigh. Maybe next time!

@SpaceMountain77 : BTW, I love how you characterized your resort ownerships. What would you use for SSR? I've been noodling the thought since reading one of your earlier posts today. I do have a really good eye for the horses ... but don't quite know how to figure that into a cute SSR tag.

One of the first ideas I had, for Saratoga Springs, was Springs Steward. Stewards comprise the three person panel that determines whether or not any rules violations occurred during a race.

We had cancelled our May 4th vacation. Who knows when we can go back? Just trying to stay healthy.
