Moonlight Magic 2 reservations-how does that work for lottery?

I have 2 DVC reservations-the night prior and the night of a MM event at 2 different resorts. How does that work for the Moonlight Magic lottery? Is there any advantage to signing in with both reservations on different devices? Or since they're the same member number, will it just merge into the same MM waiting room?

I heard people saying its per membership not per reservation. Not sure how it would impact party size either.

You have to enter your membership number to enter the waiting room, so those two reservations will have zero impact on your chances.

And from the information on the MM page:

If Members have multiple Resort reservations, made under the same Membership, they must add their combined total party size in a single event registration.
