I did not vote. I've read a few posts and frankly they don't interest me. I don't care if she keeps posting them though. I don't have to open them.

I thought that too but since I have a Jack Russel I had to keep looking. Now I just think he is so doggone cute! I really like his posts and they certainly are more polite then some of the posters on this board. Myself included at times! LOL!

Monty and EsmereldaX, brings a smile to alot of people. If you don't like those posts, then just skip them. EsmereldaX is a very nice person and I don't think that her joy of her dog is hurting anyone. She is just telling us things about her dog and what she finds cute and entertaining.

Yep, that sums up my feelings.

Why is it that you have to either love or hate the dog? I think there are way too many Monty Dog posts and I don't read them. That doesn't mean I'm miserable.

Me too. I hardly post anymore, but I do read a lot. No offense, but I think there are too many posts from Monty and dedicated to Monty. It's almost spamming. Maybe the Monty posts could be kept to one thread like the other clubs? Start up a Monty club.

I just made the suggestion for an exclusive Monty Dog thread on another thread on the CB.

But, I do have to ask - how are Monty posts almost like spamming? First off, there aren't THAT many of them, they aren't vile or vicious, and they are free to open or skip over. Not like spam that infiltrates your e-mail in-box and must be deleted.

I used "spamming" because a few days ago there were probably 10 or more posts on the first page from Monty or about Monty. There were even other people's dogs sending messages to Monty. I must admit, it was a little annoying. Just like some people are annoyed to see the CB flooded with political threads.
I think a special club for Monty could please both sides.

Just because I realize that MontyDog is a DOG and don't care to worship him doesn't mean I am a miserable human being.

I agree with Flouder'sFriend.. the entire front page was entirely pet related the other day..
