We put in an offer for BWV this past Mon. at $75 per point, sellers asking price, Aug. use year, and TSS informed us it is in DVC hands now, waiting on ROFR.

Good luck I hope it passes! I have been talking to a broker and she said a BWV was taking back at 73.00PP I do not know the details but I was shocked - I thought over 70.00 was safe. They also took a BCV at 77.00 with less then 1/2 2013 points.

Just sent in my contract for BLT. I offered $100 per point at BLT for 150 pts. I'm crossing my fingers, although $100 seems higher than many that have passed!

2012 - All 150 pts, 2013 - All 150 pts, 2014 - 150 in Feb

We passed!

SSR, 150 pts. Jun UY loaded all 2011 which we lost, but all 2012, 2013 and forward $62pp. Perfect fit for our other June UY contract, SSR 225 pts. Stripped contract no pts. Till 2014. Both should be closing near the end of this month.

Good luck! We're 2 weeks in on our SSR at 59.5 and I'm a little nervous with the recent price hikes. But we have a semi stripped that can't close until August contract, so I can't imagine the mouse wants it.

We are waiting together I am in week 2 also! Oh wait no I started this process at the end of Feb. and the mouse and taking them from me this is the longest resale ever!

On August 5, 2013, two Vero Beach deeds were ROFRed: a 150-point deed for $42/point; and a 200-point deed for $35/point.
