We plan on adding on 120 points at SSR. Does anyone know how much monthly payment will be through Disney? We can pay another way but just wondered what the payment would be

We just closed on our 120 SSR add-on. We put a total of $2600 down and financed $8800 at 9.75%. Our first payment is $185.58 and the next 119 payments are $115.08.

We don't start paying until October because our use year is September.

For a 10 year term and 20% down (inclusive with Disney's incentive) The payments are just under $1 per point and then another $0.32 per point for dues.

Total payment : APPX. $1.32/month per point
