Month to go and no tickets?

I booked online and paid in full for my vacation about two months ago. We are leaving on Oct 25 and I have still not received anything in the mail yet from Disney??? Is this normal or should i call customer service and see what's going on?

Did you get a confirmation e-mail or anything with the reservation #? We booked by phone for our Nov trip about 4 months ago and got our confirmation letter about 2 weeks after. There was also a second copy that arrived about a week ago with information about the change in FL state / county tax and what the new total would be.

I would definitely give them a call if you didn't get a confirmation e-mail/reservation # after you clicked ok/or something like that.

All you should receive is one piece of paper with your confirmation. Your tickets are encoded on your resort room key which you will receive when you check into your resort. If you go to the WDW site to "My Disney Vacation" you should see your reservation and you can print that off.

If you will be attending MNSSHP, you should have received those tickets in the mail unless you chose to pick them up at will call.

If you will be using Magical Express, you should receive the information for that about 30 - 45 days before your trip.

If you haven't received any of the above, I would call. You're getting closer and you should have these things.
