Monsters Inc/University stuff...? Can you help me?

Hi all,

I have been through lots of photobuckets and done forum searches using various search terms but I can't find much Monsters Inc or Monsters University stuff out there. Do any of you fab disigners have a 'range' or enough clipart from it to do some graphics at all?

Ideally, I would love some namefills, and a birthday party invite, and anything else I can print and stick on the walls or table etc for my son's 7th birthday party. My son, and all his friends, are disabled or have special needs so colour and characters etc are so important - a standard birthday party isn't possible for them due to their limited movement and/or comprehension so I try to go as 'Disney' as I can to brighten it up! I'd have been happier if he'd chosen Mickey Mouse, lol, but he loves Sully and Mikey!

Matthew's birthday is August 7th, and party is on August 11th so plenty of time - I try to do these things early as I'm asking so much of you kind people.

My hubby thinks we should try to turn our sitting room in to Monstropolis, lol! I can't think of what things I can make for the theme, its driving me loopy!

Also I see you mentioned an invitation, would you like me to leave the to/date/time/location blank or would you like to pm the info so I can add it on for you?

And one last question, would you prefer Monsters University or would you like a mixture of monsters inc/monsters university? There seems to be a lot of images for both so either will be doable

With the invitation, I don't know the exact time or location yet but I know the date is Sunday 11th August. Is there any chance we could fill that bit in later? (I'll know soon as I have to get something booked aaaaaah!)

Name is Matthew and a mixture of MI/MU would be great, but whatever looks good I'm fine with. I've bought some MU plates, tablecloth and balloons - and the tableware for the food is a mixture of sulley-blue, mikey-green and white!

We tend to have a party at a venue (like a softplay type thing) then back at our house - hubby wants to turn the sitting room in to Monstropolis haha! I need to think of things, graphics etc that I could stick on walls or doors etc - maybe I can make door signs to make the house look like the university!?

I saw online some badge things (at pixarplace you can make them, but I can't get it to work grrrrrrrr!) so I might do those for everyone.. (http://www.pixarplace.com/mu-id-maker/index.php - student ones for the kids and faculty ones for mummy, daddy etc.

You are very welcome would you just like mike and sully in every name fill? The amount is no problem at all by the way, as once I have a basic template for one its pretty applicable to each name

I'll stick around that colour them for the designs I create

And it's perfectly fine to fill the location in at a later date.

I'll get my thinking cap on and see what I can come up with to turn your house into Monstropolis! Haha

Re the name fills - I have no preference at all, if it looks a bit boring with just sully and mikey then bring other characters in no prob at all. The useful (but heartbreaking) thing about these children is they have very little comprehension or speech, so they don't get picky or precocious about things, they are just in total awe of anything like this.

In 2011, I did Cars theme, here are some pics:







- but this year, I'm hoping to be even brighter for them! I just want to bring some sparkle and happiness to these kids who struggle every day just to be kids.
