Does the Monorail go from Old Key West?

No, it goes nowhere near Old Key West. The only resorts on the monorail line are Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian.

There actually are three different monorail lines, but none of them go to OKW. The resort monorail runs in a clockwise loop around the Seven Seas Lagoon and stops at the MK, the Contemporary, the Transportation and Ticket Center, the Poly and the Grand Floridian before returning to the MK. The express monorail runs in a counter clockwise loop around the lagood, but stops only at the MK and the TTC. The third line runs in a loop from the TTC to Epcot with no other stops.

All transportation to any of the parks from OKW will be via bus service. Downtown Disney can be reached from OKW via bus or boat.
