Monorail Ride

Our last night (4/1) we plan to go to DTD, and then hope to do a monorail ride. I at first thought we would do a bus to the Poly, take the resort monorail to TTC, then switch to the Epcot monorail, then a bus to Pop. However, Epcot closes at 9:00 that night, so I think the buses would stop running at 10:00.

If we do not have enough time, we could just take the monorail to MK. In that case, would we just stay on the resort monorail and not get off at TTC?

Any suggestions for the best way to do this?

How about (assuming MK is open late enough) take the monorail to MK and then a bus to POP

So Bus from DTD to CR/Poly/GF and then loop around on the monorail at least once to MK - if you are lucky, you might be on the monorail during the EWP on the Seven Seas Lagoon

The MK/Resort monorail will run I think for about 2.5 hours after MK closing

Downtown Disney only services the Disney resorts, and not the parks.

Check if Epcot or MK has EMH that night, then they would be open much later and the busses will run probably till midnight at least.

Edit: I just checked, no evening EMH that day, sorry.

If it is the monorail ride experience you want, better to do it in the middle of the day. Less crowded, and you can see more scenery. The monorail station is not far from the Magic Kingdom turnstiles.

You can even ask to ride up front with the driver. (On the resort monorail, resort guests have priority so you may have to get off and return to the main cabin after one stop)
