Monorail issues?

I received an email confirmation for our ADR at Chef Mickey's on Sun. In the email it said "The Resort and Epcot monorails may not be available at the time of this reservation. Please check with a cast member and be prepared to utilize the other forms of transportation available.".

Are there any known monorail service outages that I need to be aware of???

Not sure what's up this Sunday, but in the past when the monorail wasn't operating, they ran buses between the monorail resorts (and MK).

They occasionally reduce monorail hours due to construction. This may just be a generic warning. What time is your ADR?

Worst case, get yourself to MK any way you can and walk over.

Worst case scenario:
1. If you are staying on site, take a bus to the MK. If your staying at another monorail resort, take the bus or the resort launch to the MK. Walk to CR.

2. If you are staying off site, park at the TTC, take the ferry to MK, walk to CR. Or drive to CR for breakfast, then move your car after breakfast.

I believe this summer they are doing a lot of maintenance and installed the pilotless operating system for the Monorail.
