Can someone tell me the route the monorail takes from magic kingdom

From the MK the resort monorail runs clockwise around the tracks going to the CR, TTC, Poly and GF before returning to the MK. The express monorail runs counterclockwise and stops only at the MK and TTC.

And if you want to go to Epcot get off at the TTC and take the Epcot monorail.
