Ahhhhh, no pics at night as my camera doesn't really take good night pictures. I took some video of the fireworks from the Cali Grill, but the couple of night pictures were really bad and blurry. I really need a better camera.... I've outgrown this one....

we also have a video of the fireworks from narcosses, ill have to dig it up but its awesome, you can even hear my oohs and aaahs (it was a looooong day)

Cristy-WOW...the view from your room is INCREDIBLE! Thanks for those pics, I loved the one with your DH and the totem pole...and your little girl looks so sweet! How old is she again? My DD is 6. I love seeing pics so if any lushes have any more...please post! If I wasn't so computer challenged, i would post some...are there easy instructions anywhere?

Loving all the pics. AHHH I have to agree with you about the location of the BW, however I'm a big fan of the BC. Much better pool, you might want to give it a try! And you can always walk over to the BW for any nightlife over there that you enjoy.

that was probably the last time Meli ever wanted to get on Mission:Space. It has been a HUGE mission (no pun intended ) to get her on that ride since...

can't wait to go back...and I can't wait to do soarin!!! wheeeeeeeee bring on the pain!

I am quite amazed at your skills. I went on Test Track once after drinking "around the world" at epcot. It was not a pretty picture.

we drank our way around the world on our last trip. The major downfall was going inside to get something to eat at Mexico and have our drink there (rather than grabbing a drink from the stand outside). It was so dark that I started to get really sleepy. Plus, I couldn't finish my drink. So we called it a day and decided to pick up where we left off the next day.

Wow! This thread is awesome! I must have wasted at least 45 minutes of work time to read through it. I have to admit, at 53 pages, I am bit intimidated to join in, but what the hey....I am quite the lush and just can't pass this up.

And to show off some of my/our quality WDW lushness - some pictures from last November (Food and Wine Festival).

Drinkin' our way around the world at Epcot. I swear both of these drinks aren't mine, I had to hold DH's so he could take the picture.

At Party for the Senses – pretty sure all of those wine glasses are mine. But in defense, they were “sample” sizes. Hehe!

On the way home from Party for the Senses - we thought it'd be a swell idea to take our picture in front of the Christmas tree that is in the BW conference room building.

Welcome, 1megmeg! Don't feel intimidated at all... we enjoy the company of all the lushes in the "World"

ahhhhhhh and nerdyminnie, when you come back from your concierge trip at CR, please post a trip report... I've been thinking about staying there but I'm not entirely thrilled with the reports I've read and the CR seems so stark and cold... I remember staying there (Presidential Suite in the 70's) when I was 14 yo and loved it, but now, for some reason, it doesn't appeal to me... and I've been meaning to ask... did you guys set a date? (not that is any of my biz)...

I think ahhhhh mentioned several pages back that he lives in So Fla, like WLL and me... maybe one day we should do a So Fla lush meet! too bad I won't be able to meet you in June... we're going Memorial Day weekend and staying at our DVC home resort for the 1st time... woo hoo!!

We did MS this weekend while waiting for our fast pass for Soarin' (it was almost a walk-on at MS and a 3-hr fast pass wait at Soarin') and I got a bit queasy because I had just eaten breakfast.... I gotta make sure I ride that one pretty empty, so I can't imagine how I would've felt after a few drinks! but it's such a cool ride.... Soarin' was pretty cool too...

I am so happy I stumbled (no pun intended) across this thread. I mentioned the monorail drink-a-thon idea to my dh and his eyes lit up. Now, there's something we haven't tried at WDW yet!

The most important information I have gleaned from this wonderful thread is that you can get a double shot of crown for less than double price (as crown royal is my drink of choice.)

I can't remember who to thank for this info, my head is spinning from reading all 53 pages of this today. But now I am even more excited for our next trip.

Cristy....yeah...maybe we shoud get together and talk DISNEY! All of my other friends are so sick of me talking Disney...I think I would be in heaven having drinks and talking Disney with other like minded people.

Cristy-What is your home resort? Is it SSR? Have fun...I can't believe you are going back so soon! Good for you! I agree about CR...it does not appeal to me. Then again, the Poly didn't either until you talked about it!

sprite...LOL...that was meeeeee! Believe me...Dh and I were like, "Why didn't we know this before? this is the ONLY way to go!" I hope it is true of all the bars in lounges in WDW! We will keep testing it. Let us know what you discover when you order YOUR doubles!
