Monogram help - need color changed.

Hello there! I had this monogram made for my wedding and I love it but the person made it in black and I need it in This color (Navy on here, preferably "dark blue" on Microsoft Word). It's a picture file so I have no idea how to change it. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Another Dis bride made it for me on the weddings & honeymoons forum, I don't think she's a DISigner. I asked her to change it a long time ago but she never did...
