What have you done today to further your weight loss/healthy lifestyle goals?

Someone loaned me the 1 mile "Walk Away the Pounds" video so I could see if I like it before buying one myself so I just finished that. I was surprised how good the workout is for just 1 mile!

I was feeling like I was dragging and looking around seeing a million things that need to be done so I knew I needed to exercise! Now instead of feeling like taking a nap I'm ready to tackle my projects!
 
Good for you, Liz!!!!! Extra energy is a great "side-effect". :)

Got my butt out the door around noon for a power walk. The weather here is perfect for walking and I had some great "alone" time to sort through some thoughts that needed my attention.

Plan to power walk with my sister and husband tonight before dinner.

Had a "power surge" just a little while ago and did some chores around the house that needed to get done. Boy, does it ever feel good to accomplish a whole bunch of things in one day.

I also went back to fitday.com for the first time since December and logged in everything I've eaten so far today (and my exercise). That is such a great site!

ok, just wanted to add that i did my pre-dinner power walk as well! that's just under 6 miles for me today! woo-hoo! :)
 
I love "Walk Away The Pounds"! I have some other excercise videos, and Walk Away is by far the best. :)
 

Great job everyone. I had a rough day. Not eating-wise, I didn't do too bad. Just no exercise and have another migraine coming on.
But I wanted to congratulate all of you!!! you still inspire me even when I don't do anything! :)

On Monday I walked 7 flights of stairs at 9am and at lunch I went to the gym for abs and weights.
 
I took the stairs in the subway station and I stayed on points!!!!!!!!!!
