What have you done today to further your weight loss/healthy lifestyle goals?
Someone loaned me the 1 mile "Walk Away the Pounds" video so I could see if I like it before buying one myself so I just finished that. I was surprised how good the workout is for just 1 mile!
I was feeling like I was dragging and looking around seeing a million things that need to be done so I knew I needed to exercise! Now instead of feeling like taking a nap I'm ready to tackle my projects!
