Today was the firm total sculpt for me.

Anyone else get moving today????

For the first time in a long time I can post here. I just finished a 15 min arm sculpting video.

If all goes well this afternoon I am going to go get my gym membership set up and use the treadmill there for at least 30 mins. I will post back this evening to confirm I really did it. The baby is sick and really cranky (his first cold), hopefully I will be able to leave him with DH for an hour or so.

Christy - we're happy to have you posting on the exercise thread with us! Great job on your work out and I hope you are able to make it to the gym. I'm sorry your baby is sick and hope the baby feels better soon!

This morning I was so tired. My sleep was very fitful and I had a terrible nightmare so I woke up this morning feeling so drained. I did do the ab portion of Firm super body sculpt and plan on doing cardio sculpt blaster this evening.

I did 5 miles worth of WATP today.

I was planning on doing the 4 mile but a little after a mile into the tape my mother decided to stop by so I started all over when she left. I earned an extra mile, woo hoo!
