I did this morning I warmed up with a 1 mile walk - jogged 3.5 miles - walked back home 1 mile and then did 10 mins pilates for abs and 10 mins of yoga~
We walked around a flea market this AM with our new neighbors for 3 hrs. After we got home I walked to the pool, swam 1/4 mile berfore the thunderstorm came in, then walked quickly home. Depending on the weather, DH & I may do some more walking tonight.
The usual for me - DH and I walked 5 miles and ran 2 miles this morning. I really need to work on mixing in other things with this routine--this was the 11th day in a row we woke up at 6:00 and did this!
SO excited! We were so busy this morning that we skipped our morning 3 miles. However, we (somehow) managed to squeeze 2 miles in this hot & muggy evening in Florida! Good night!
