Hi! Could I join you guys?

I got my BFP last Wednesday at 11 dpo. It was my second round of Clomid. Due date is July 1, 2012. I have a daughter already, conceived on my first round of Clomid & born on December 31, 2008. My birthday is 2 weeks after DD so I'm really excited to have a summer baby!

Got my first doctor's appt scheduled for next Tuesday. Hoping I'll get an u/s somewhere around 6-8 weeks because I've been EXCEPTIONALLY paranoid about twins this time around. :confused3 With DD I know I had an early u/s but I also had some bleeding with her & had betas and such done... so I'm not sure whether an early u/s is standard procedure or not.

Hi Welcome & Congrats!!!!!

Congrats NYEMomma!!!

We had the big ultrasound today. It was so surreal seeing baby on the screen, it's actually like a baby now and not a little baby blob like last time. We were able to find out, I do have to go back as the ultrasound is dating my due date as April 1st so they want to see the baby again in two weeks to get more surveys done.

The bad part was on the way home we were rear ended, it was pretty freaking scary. We did go back to my ob to make sure we could hear the baby's heart beat and everything. It really scared me. Everything seems to be fine now, I am headed to my PCP tomorrow to get my neck checked out as it is is really hurting me.

Hi everyone! 39 weeks has gone by fast. :lovestruc I saw the OB today, she thinks it could be sometime later this week, next week, or I'll be induced the week after, lol. :rotfl: It better be soon, I keep changing my mind about the names. It's hard to be prepared for either a girl or boy but we'll know pretty soon. :yay:

Congrats to the new mama's to be here!!!

So close now!!! We had a tentative name picked out for a boy with our 1st and when he came he did not look like a Liam, so we started from scratch and he is a Cody! So the name will come when you meet your lil one!

How's everyone doing? I figured I'm bring this post back up!

I just set my induction up with L&D. Friday night at 7pm it starts! :cool1: So excited to meet DD! I haven't had any progress in 3 weeks so I pretty much know she won't be coming before then. So now I have to try and be patient all week!

So close....pretty soon she will be here and you will be loving on her!

Joining in again! After a miscarriage a few months ago I am happy to announce that I am pregnant again! Our new little peanut is due April 23, but will probably be delivered a week or two earlier for a scheduled repeat c-section! I've had two OB appointments as well as three ultrasounds and the little one is doing great. I just got back from the first part of our sequential screening and got good results so I'm happy about that. Just have to wait a bit for the next part of the test. I was able to schedule the anatomy scan, and wouldn't you know it's for AFTER we get home from Disney World.... Looks like we'll be dropping a little money out of pocket to find out a few weeks earlier.... There is NO WAY I can go to Disney World and not know what this little peanut is! Hope everyone is doing well!
Congrats!

All... Casey is now 5 months old and it feels like I just closed my eyes and 5 months have passed! He is such a happy baby and we are blessed to have him! I would love one more, but DH is pretty sure he is our last, and my health was far from good while preggo with him.....anyway we are just enjoying him!

Congrats NYEMomma!!!

Welcome! I totally get wanting to know the gender before the WDW trip! I too did the out of pocket ultrasound since I just couldn't wait any longer than I had to before finding out.

Welcome! I conceived my baby on my third round of Clomid. I did get an ultrasound at 8 weeks, but my OB does that standard for everyone. I didn't see a specialist or anything.

Congrats NYEMomma!!!

Can't wait to hear about your gender party!! Also, I'm so glad you were able to hear the baby after the accident to give you peace of mind. I hope your neck feels better ASAP!

Things are coming along well in my neck of the woods. I got word that I passed my glucose test, so I won't have to do the 3 hour ordeal unless something happens later on like spilling glucose in my urine test or something. So that's a relief!

My pregnancy app says I just entered my third trimester, though some places say it's at 28 weeks. Either way, it's starting to fly by now!

I'm a bit panicked, as our house is a wreck and needs some projects completed before Sweet Pea arrives. The furniture has arrived, but we need to have the nursery painted. Plus, we need to clean out the baby's closet (we were storing clothes and stuff we don't wear in there). So there are some projects, and my sweet DH is a bit of a procrastinator. I'm trying to convince him I'll go crazy if we don't get going LOL!

Sweet Pea refused to cooperate and let us get measurements of the front side of her face. Evidently she has found a position she loves (laying low in my hips, curled up in the fetal position and facing with her back toward us), and she is perfectly content to hang out there. The ultrasound tech said that's normal--some babies just find a spot and stay there for a while. So my next appointment will just be a regular one, then I'll have another ultrasound at the appointment after that in an attempt to get those last couple of elusive measurements. Hey, I'm perfectly happy to have extra ultrasounds!

Hey yall! Good to see the thread popped back up, and that everyone's doing well. Hi to the newcomers!!

We're doing well over here... I had some issues last week, so I had an extra appt and ultrasound... I started getting this intense pain last sunday across my pelvis, and it felt like appendicitis again, obviously I knew it wasn't that as I had my appendix out in January. It got to the point where I couldn't stand up, and it stayed across my pelvis just like my appendix did, except I thought my appendix was a gas pain-seriously it did not hurt like this, finally since it was in the pelvis I called to see if they thought I should be seen, well the dr. told me to come in immediately since the pain was at 48 hours at that point, everything looked fine except he couldn't find a heart beat (note I am fat and it's all in my belly) so he sent me for an ultrasound the next morning since it was 5 pm at this point. Ultrasound tech found everything was fine, baby just won't sit still. We are thinking with some family history and some googling that my gall bladder might be acting up since I've had this pain 3 times since the appendix came out, and since the rest of the symptoms that settled in match gall bladder problems-hoping to just control it for the next 6 months!

We had our "first" (it was supposed to be our first) official appointment 2 days ago and everything looks good, again he had a hard time catching the baby and he said geez you have an active one. Friday we get to see it again at the nuchal fold scan.

He lectured me that I should wait till 18 weeks to find out the sex but it's not happening, we can't wait for the next 3 weeks to pass so we can pay the $65 and find out!

We went to Key West for a few days for our 5th wedding anniversary :) so we have a well traveled little bean, LOL it has it's first key west t shirt. It was our first time ever going and we had a great time.

What's everyone doing for halloween? anyone painting their belly as a pumpkin?? :)

Be careful with that!! My doctor's office doesn't do a gender u/s until 22 weeks and I was entirely too impatient to wait that long with DD. So I went to one of those ultrasound boutiques at 16 weeks for a gender u/s.

... and I spent the next 6 weeks getting items & a nursery ready for a baby BOY. :scared1:

We found out at 22 weeks that we were having a beautiful little girl.

At least its money back if they are wrong!:rotfl:

It's funny because my fil spent months getting ready for a girl and ended up with my husband, and my mom had the same problem, except she ended up with me. But that was in the 80s-no boutiques.

Looks like everyone is well!!!!

People have started throwing their hat in the ring as to what we are having!
When they predict they are convinced they are right.

So far the most guesses are a girl and boy:cloud9:

Can I make a totally random guess? ;)

I guess 2 boys!!! pirate: pirate:

On another note, happy due date to meeee!! :cool1:

:rotfl: I laughed because I thought you were being sarcastic (saying that people are guessing GIRL or BOY)... and then I realized you're having twins! Congratulations, there is nothing like watching them together from Day 1 on! :goodvibes

Hi Girls,

Early this morning we lost one of our twins.
For those of you that pray please pray for our little angel and that our remaining baby continues to grow and come home to us.

 I'm so sorry. We think we're in the clear once the first trimester is over, but things can happen so quickly. :sad1: Sending good thoughts for your other baby.

I am so sorry to hear this. I will pray your sweet angel takes care of his/her sibling and brings him/her to your arms safely...
